I had a blowout on the way into my jobs parking lot and at the end of the day these guys got me quick! Within the hour and some change of me calling and realizing it wasn’t a flat. Very impressed with their service! They provided an estimate over the phone and arrived when he said he would. I was nervous about whether they could tow it since I was in a busy, and tight parking lot. Tony knew what he was doing! He loaded my car fast! He was very professional, friendly, and very polite! My workers car broke down on a way to a job site. AAA wouldn’t tow his truck since it wasn’t in my name and I wouldn’t be able to wait to be present. I looked through my phone and saw Tony- Tow truck service. I was quickly was reminded of the great experience I had with him when I towed my 350z years back. I called him right away.
Tony answered the phone immediately. I did not get a busy tone or have to talk to dispatch. I was able to talk to the owner operator which I always prefer and appreciate.
He asked for the info (pick up/ drop off, car specs) and gave me a price instantly. This price was fair and definitely reasonable.
Its hard these days to find good people and good service.
