How are y’all going to charge me upfront hold my card information and vehicle keys and not pick up and return my calls. This is extremely unprofessional , the worst tow company do not give them your money. I’m on the verge of calling the police and reporting my car stolen.

Called them around 6:30pm. They told us to wait an 1hr and 30 min before some came. We called again for an update and was told someone will be here less than 30 min and still no one came. After calling 20+ times, we got someone on the line which the person stated the customer before us having a difficult time. I stated to the guy to at least call us if the time change. The guy said he was told by the driver it’ll be another 40 min. It is now 11pm and we have yet to hear from anyone. PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!! THEY ARE NOT RELIABLE.
I called and asked for a tow and was given one price and when he arrived I was told a completely different price.
If I would have decided to cancel the tow I still would have been charged for him coming out which was fine but to be told something different once they arrived upon location is not only dishonest but is bad business.
Now I understand now why they put a hold of $89 over the phone before they come out due to inconsistent pricing. I would never recommend or suggest using them.
From the time they took the call until the young man arrived was about 30 minutes. He checked all the possibilities and diagnosed the situation and its cars within 10 minutes. He came with a huge truck to pull my car on top of a flatbed, better than a tow and I was very grateful that we were able to arrive at the problem before taking it anywhere.
