Could not have asked for better customer service this evening! We were traveling when our idler pulley locked up and broke the belt right by this location. The young lady and gentleman working the counter were so friendly, patient, and helpful — we truly appreciated them!
We were also grateful they had tools available to rent. We were able to change the part right there in the parking lot and were back on the road in no time.
Thank you again for turning a stressful situation into a positive one!
My husband and I went into O'reilly. Auto parts at Josey and valley view last saturday, looking for something in particular. There were 4 employees 2 on each side of the counter, just standing there, shooting the breeze. We couldn't find what we were looking for and we kept talking out loud about where it might be, what aisle could it be on? We walked up-and-down all the aisles. We looked at the end caps we kept asking each other out loud, do you think they sell it here? Not once did any of the employees offer to help us find it. As we slowly walked past them and out the door, 1 said 'Have a nice day." We then drove across the street to Autozone. And even though they had multiple customers, they guided us where to find what we were looking for. They have a direct competitor across the street. Customer service should be top notch!

The “manager” named Joe was rude and did not want to help me. He said that I had to wait for everyone who arrived after me to come through because he had to go pick up my things and he did not want to do that.
The staff have been great for several years. The really good people tend to leave. There were a few who worked for years and then everyone us new. Some are great some are good. I have not meet a bad employee yet.
Returned a starter core for credit. I paid cash when I purchased it last week. They didn't have the $40 in any of the registers. He called two close by locations, they didn't have any cash either. What kind of business doesn't have enough petty cash on hand to take care of customers. This is absolutely ridiculous. Especially since there were three employees that I saw, somebody could have gone to the bank? I don't recommend this company to anyone, obviously it is very lacking in management. Especially for three locations in proximity. I should have bought it on Amazon to begin with, would have saved myself two trips to the ill run business.
Friendly manager and eager to help out. The prices are a little bit higher than competition but the service is good and they always have everything in stock.
I went today and the store was closed 15 min before 9pm. Plus the older bald hispanic male is always rude and short. Is not helpful at all. He has no knowledge regarding parts and is very condescending. Plus ive seen him yell at other employees in front of customers. Go to the one down the street much better service.
This was hands down the best experience I've had at an auto parts store. J R and his team were beyond helpful and kind. J R is the manager who's kind, thoughtful, and customer service focused. This is the store I'll return to if I need auto parts Thanks again for all of your help!
It's a bunch of kids that that are working there they don't have a clue not one of them but they're always polite and they're always helpful they try to be
I wasn't greeted when I came in and felt like I annoyed the worker by coming in. The customer service should be better. The associate wasn't interested in educating me on my purchase. After I paid she just looked at me. Another worker offered to put my windshield wipers on. Installation is a free service when you purchase windshield wipers.
Man, if I could give this place 10 stars I would, especially Matthew that works there! Our car was overheating and we barely made it to a nearby Jeep dealership only to find out they were closed, so we called around for some help. When we called O'Reilly's, Matthew picked up and offered to drive over to us with some extra coolant. When he got to us, he helped us refill the coolant and walked me through what to look out for to make sure we could get home safe. Thanks a million Matthew, next time I need car things I'll be coming here for sure!!!
I walked got help with that I needed the dude at the counter got me set up and I was out the door. Good experience not stellar but good enough to go back there if I need anything. They were cheaper than auto zone tho that’s a big plus
I went to an O'Reilly near my work and the guy there sold me a WRONG headlight bulb for my wife's Sienna. After unable to change it at home, I took the bulb back while driving my wife's car. PJ was able to get me the correct bulb quickly, and helped me remove the bulb. I was able to replace it easily. Not the first time I had been helped by PJ. This will be my go to store.
Everyone here is so amazing, as well as knowledgeable, considerate, personable also always so very helpful and friendly to my service dog Chico too. Thanks ya'll 4 being like our extended family!!! CLnChico2
So I purchase a battery i took it to my mechanic he told me he didn't used it he told me to return it. So I did at the store a nice lady was helping me she was doing the return transaction she review the battery she said everything look good she ask for the password to the other employee to finish the transaction then that employee said they couldn't refund it because it look install. The battery look in great shape just like I got it from them I being a costumer for a long time but I guess that doesn't matter. You just lost a costumer with so many competitions this days like autozone, napa, pep boys just to name a few
I'm a huge fan of cars but not so much the branch franchise Auto Parts stores. But I do have to say orielys definitely Trump's AutoZone, it's a better selection than Napa, and simply cooler than Advance Auto Parts. In fact it's a close race between orielys and Pep Boys cuz I like them both
Staff was awesome running around the store getting what I needed. In fact they're in back checking for a part as I write this right now. Definitely coming back here for my other needs.
A standard O'Reillys, but the service is good. I had a hassle with the O'Reillys on Josey and Valwood, but not here! The salesman took care of me from greeting me at the door to getting me my part!
I've walked here from my house a couple times for parts, all the guys have been extremely helpful. Every time I visit am able to get exactly what I need at a decent price. They carry Mobil 1 4T motorcycle oil and filters.
