I am a mechanic by trade and the last 45min trips to this institution I called to confirm a part is available I'd be told it is to drive there sit for 30min to an hour and then told we can't find it. Best part is the days following it does not get updated on car-part. This trip was particularly fun because the runner came back and told the cashier he couldn't find it but yet proceeded to let me wait there for an additional 30 min. Horrible experience 2 to 3 hours waisted every time I attempt to do business with them. Doesn't seem the value other people's time in the industry.
Very rude people and lie about prices. Spoke with one person over the phone and asked about a part and was told it was available and given a price. Once I came in, the person I spoke with wasn’t there and was dealing with very rude guys who were trying to over charge me for the part. I wouldn’t recommend coming here.
If you’re absolutely desperate and can’t find the part anywhere else on earth….go to the dealer, avoid this horror show at all costs. They took a week after I paid to ship me a “grade A” headlight, headlight was more of a grade D, waited over a week to receive partial refund and it still didn’t come. I also paid for a fog light which never shipped, ended up actually getting a refund for that, 20 days after I paid for it. If you’re buying on the phone DONT. Go there and look at what you’re getting! Buyer Beware….they will ask you to pay with Zelle….DO NOT! Ugly Ugly business!
