My very first experience with A1 was super . I some to Kevin over the phone to confirm if they had my part and when I arrived he immediately remembered my call what I needed as he greeted me with smile
I bought an over 500 dollar used part and it was not working correctly when I brought it to my mechanic so I had to order a whole other part. I’m trying to return my part and get my money back. They told me store credit when on the back of the receipt it says they do either refunds or credit. I basically got tricked out my money because why would I want store credit to a shop that gave me something that already didn’t work. Be wary of what you buy here.
Called these people twice on a part that was needed to confirm it was the correct part before driving nearly an hour to pick it up only to find out it the wrong one. Guy acted like he didn't care. Didn't say sorry. Didn't offer to help me any further.

Waited an hour just to get walked outside to inspect the part, the part guy told the teller to show me the tiny chip on the light. Teller stated it’s so small can’t even see it in the pictures.

Unfortunately, we purchased a RAV4 transmission from this seller. The first transmission failed while still under warranty, but the seller refused to honor the warranty and replace it. After eventually replacing it, the second transmission also failed—yet again, the seller denied responsibility and treated us poorly throughout the process.
Business should be built on trust, but sadly, that was not the case here. I would not recommend this seller to others.
OMG , I hate this place, if you time isn't that valuable to you go here. I just wasted 4hours of my life, I will never get back..
My point exactly, an apology would have gone a long way @ responder! yes, your system was down, which sometimes happens and you may not have control of things like that. It was more than 30mins by the way. I was there at 1pm and didn't leave until after 5pm!
What I'm trying to say is the situation could have been managed better!
Would absolutely not recommend, I am with a automotive repair shop, and we bought a used transmission from them which ended up going bad with only a few weeks of driving, which I contacted the guy I was dealing with to make the sale, to getting a warranty done which at first he tried the hardest to avoid me for a few weeks and then they have continuously been adding stuff to the process to keep from giving us a refund or another transmission, the warranty situation is still not resolved even though we are plenty inside the warranty window.
Great customer service the guy that was assisting me was quick with the service most definitely coming back for more service and bringing more business/parts when I need them I will be coming here to a1 Rylie auto parts such a great company
really wish i could give 1 star these people are so incompetent…. makes me wait 30+min for a part that’s “sitting on the shelf” Don’t bother half the parts are damaged. find other junkyards who are happy to help not these suckers…. all the 5 star reviews are because of a sign that says “give us 5 stars for 10$ off” that should say enough lol

Awesome experience, been all around town looking for a part I needed and they were the only ones who had it in stock and for a reasonable price! Mr. Darrell was polite and helpful. Will definitely be coming back.
