Well first my partnersb1970 Ford was sold to them without authorization from me, the proper owner. His nephew sold it to them and when I contacted them, they denied having it. Then we drove by there and stopped. Spoke to someone named Oscar and he was a bit helpful and ready to get his nephew in jail, and honestly I was ok with that too. Unfortunately I did not have the title transfered over yet. Spoke with Vanessa and she said they gave his nephew $300 to hold the vehicle and he (the neohew) was supposed to go back with the title to get the rest of the funds. They were not supposed to do anything to my vehicle, upon getting my vehicle back, they took my complete exhaust system and everything was original. The carbeurator is missing, they locked my hood to where the latch doesn't open the hood. So now what to do, when that vehicle was taken, it was complete. Vintage truck but complete
I found this place online a few months ago but i wasn't ready to part with my 20 year old expedition (emotionally)... I finally said its time, and was able to schedule an appointment right away. They were fast, understanding, & easy to work with. The driver was great, very professional and made me feel comfortable with my decision. They paid me the most i could have gotten for my truck as well. I totally recommend this place!

I wanted to sell my car and they made it very easy and provided me with a step by step process. The driver was quick and got the work done on time. I had a few questions after the pick and the customer service was there to answer them and got me with the details right away

I called up here several times and all the guys knew that I was driving 50 miles to come down to their shop and they falsely advertised a set of tires and they told me it was four Goodyear Wrangler authority tires and when I get there it's not even a set there's one dextero and the three Goodyear wranglers are from all different years so I would not recommend anybody go to this place for any reason not to mention the fact that it's very trashy and junky I didn't even want to pull my vehicle into their parking lot I probably have nails and screws in my tires now to top it all off they had me drive 100 plus miles for no reason.
I was a little skeptical at first because there are so many scams out here. I must admit that Im a very pleased customer Vanessa Teresa(dispatcher) and Alex(tow driver) were All very Friendly and Professional. Once my offer was confirmed and pick up scheduled the process was very quick and simple
So if you are looking to get rid of one of your old cars or trucks I Highly Recommend JUNKERZ
This guys are a joke prepare yourself for multiple prices, first price over the text and the other price after you be waiting for an hour so the tow truck/ estimator to arrive. Price will change !!!! Surprise !!! this company is just not serious about any one is time
I originally asked for the tow truck driver to meet me at 4:15pm but called to for them to come earlier at 2:45pm and they said they could and I told them that its not my residence and I wasn't going to be there for long and I waited until 3:30 to call and ask where was the driver and they said they messed up and didn't hear me right and said it was miscommunication and so I waited until the original 4:15 time and still no call from the tow truck. And Entire hour and 30 min from when I arrived at the pickup location. No call. I do not have time for this so I left. It is now 5:15 and the man finally calls me. Sorry sir, but I won't be doing business with a company that isn't punctual and doesn't value my time as a customer. There is no excuse for this. Calls me a total of 2 and a Half hours late!!!
