Do not recommend. Car-part has shown an engine in stock for a year that I had been watching while I pulled my old engine. Claims 90,000 miles. Went to look at it and they said it just came in a few days ago which was clearly a lie. They then said they had another one they just got a few days ago with 100,000 in it. I need a Ford 4.6 and both had 5.4 manufacturer tags. One had an 8 bolt flywheel when mine is a 6, but they continued to claim it was a 4.6. They said you cant go off of the MANUFACTURER'S tags and that they were certain it was a 4.6. They clearly didn't have the 90,000 mile 4.6 and were trying to pass off 5.4s to make a sale. This was after calling to verify they had it and driving over an hour to see it. Complete bait and switch scam and will not be back.
Do not believe mileage on any engines or transmissions they sell they lie about mileage I’ve personally caught them in a lie about mileage and if you don’t believe me what a coincidence that every single thing they sell online or on carpart.com no matter how old it is always under 90k miles but yet no proof when asked about it and when you show up to the location and ask to see the car they won’t let you they say there’s no time for someone to go show it to you but that’s all lies they don’t want you to see the mileage on the car like I did. Was told it’s a engine with 100k miles and when I acted like I needed something else to be able to go to the back to go look at the car the speedometer read 245k miles so avoid this place and save your money
Don't buy from them they sold tagore parts a engine. I bought it thru tagore parts and they bought it from hawn freeway. When the engine came I have video of it un wrapping it and the valve cover and upper gasket plastic cover is completely cracked and he is telling me use my old engine parts. Then why would I buy it from yall. This company is no good. I have videos from my mechanic and everything. But they want to argue up and down that I did that when they shipped it straight to my mechanic. This company is P.o.s. I would advise nobody to buy any parts from here.

Called ahead about purchasing a transmission. Verified on the phone that they had it and the price before sending someone to pick it up. When trying to pick it up my guy had to sit there forever waiting on them just to be told that they don’t actually have the transmission and they can get one for even more money. Typical bait and switch, probably the same transmission just trying to get more money from us. Do not recommend. Wasted hours trying to buy from them.
I attempted to purchase a transmission from this business and have it shipped to San Antonio. I spoke to somebody three days in a row. They said somebody would call me back in about 10 min. That was a lie. Then another guy gave me a cellphone to text information to. Never heard back. Called again and told the person that answered the phone about sending the info by text. He said somebody would contact me. LIES!!! This place is nothing but a sham.
Called store and they said they had wheel I needed, told them I was coming to get it. It was a 2 hour trip for me so they had time, I get there and pay for it and he tells me it will be an hour before he has it so I go sit in car and wait. Come to find out it's offsite somewhere and it's 2 and a half hours before his friend brings it to me. If someone says they have something in stock I would hope they have it in the yard. I spent 7 and a half hours of my day to get 1 wheel for my son's car. Not happy!
HORRIBLE customer service and TERRIBLY overpriced! Charged $85 for USED alternator. .he asked was that too expensive..I SD that's the most.ive ever heard for a used alternator for a 2002 mustang..told him I was quoted $50 somewhere else..he sd to try them again..lol..this place is just awful..
Very disorganized. Called for parts they said they had over the phone. Arrived after am hour drive and no parts... But it did smell like old ciggeretts so that was nice.
Very bad costumer service and also i purchased a trasmision on last Saturday 6-10-23:with 40 days warranty and it didn't work so I came back Monday and they told me to come on Tuesday to get the other one came back and they told me to come back Wednesday and they did the same so today is Thursday and they try to give me a different trasmision one that doesn't fit my truck
At this point I want my money back but they don't want to give me the money back . Am loosing time and money because I have to pay money to keep my car at the mechanic and miss work
I would not recommend any motor purchases from them. I bought a supposed low mileage motor. Motor was delivered covered in oil. Filled with water through the intake. Valve cover was broke. They argued that the motor was good and that it was low mileage. Found other issues and all I was told is that I just needed to install it. Spent over 3k on a engine only to have to look for another one after this one ended up not being any good.
Purchases a used transmission that ended up not working. Used parts are always a risk though. They did allow me to return but be sure to read the fine print concerning returns. I will likely give a Tony another try for making this transaction right which is also why I gave him 4 stars. The guy in the back was very nice & helpful too.
Would give ZERO STARS if I could this place is TRASH I called to make they has a/c compressor for 09 Ford Taurus he said went and they dont have it he sent some one to go get one i sat over an hour still no part called another wrecking yard who directed me to A1 auto very nice people fast service didn't even wait 20 mins and my a/c compressor was in the counter

I drove 2.5 hrs to pick up a motor they said was there and ready to go got there and could not find it. They pop up on my locator all the time when im looking for engines and they list them to have like 75.000 miles everytime. Beware these people are frauds and will scam you. They should be shut down
I bought a 330i bmw motor from these guys. Paid TOP DOLLAR for a low mileage motor. They pull it and its covered in carbon. The guy fast talked me into it saying "oh its low mileage maybe i swear, maybe they didnt change their oil." I shouldnt have bought it. Then they broke the intake manifold with the straps on the fork lift when loading it. I myself had to go pull the manifold off another car. After selling me a questionable motor at a premium price I asked do you need my core? He looked down at the manifold i just removed and said, no man dont worry its about. Sympathizing with me maybe ?
Finally install the motor after resealing it. Has LOUD lifter tick on cold start. As well as misfire on cold start. Consistant slow cooling loss with no visible coolant leaks. Maple syrup smell on cold start. Check car after sitting while hot, with bore scope, in cylinder, and Confirm coolant entering cyl 5. Leak down test and block test also confirmed.
Bad head gasket .
Then they say, I voided my warranty because I did not return a core! On the phone, when initially asking information on their warranty they said they DID NOT need the core., in the store, the day i bought it they told me "dont worry about it" , After telling them the car had a bad head gasket they said that
I VOIDED my warranty because I did not bring my old core. Then they said read your receipt. There in the FINE PRINT it says, no core no warranty. The man asked to bring the car to be checked.
However at this point they have proven un trust worthy.
Do NOT trust their word.
Avoid at ALL cost.
I hate to do this, but I have to, because I don't want anyone to experience what I experienced today, this place should not be in business, before I even go there I called them just to make sure they have my engine that was posted on carparts, they said yes they do, I drove in 1-1/2hr to get there, when showed Up, I got ignored, when they finally decided to talk to me, they said no we don't have it. Zero customer service, when I looked at their reviews it said 2.6 I said Let me give them a try, but they prove that they deserve a 0 star, do not even send your worst enemy there

Talk about scammers. Sold me a transmission that leaked from the housing. Getting a second one under warranty was a massive pain. Second trans we got was blown. Customer service is a joke, never returns phone calls and usually just got stuck on hold. Asked to speak to the owner and he apparently is never in the office and they can't call him. Horrible service, junk parts...do not buy from these theives.
I’ve been doing this for many yrs with cars and needed a part quickly rather then new online a few weeks later, upon arriving they had no clue where their cars were at as there is no set locations for anything and its high in trees, grass, and mud. Then after finding the car myself after an hr in the pouring rain by one of the guy pointing saying over there somewhere I found the vehicle and the part. The guy said I pull the part mind you it was in good condition when found which is why I like pulling my parts however came back to me broken. The part was a positive battery terminal cut off switch which on ebay and other junk yards is about 35 bucks the owner proceeded to tell me no other places relays will work like his either 160 bucks or he’ll put it back because its worth 200 dollars. He haggled to 120 then told me next time he will give me a discount. This cat and his junk yard is junk his prices are extreme brand new prices and his location set up is trash.
I called to see if I could get a wheel for my truck told me that he had one when I got to the business that he would have it available in an hour. I left told him that I would be back to pickup my wheel but, was told it would be another 30 minutes,then that passed it would be another fifteen minutes this now going on a total of four hours. I told him if he gets the wheel by Wednesday I will in to get it.
I had a great experience even though I was skeptical the whole time. The prices were great deals for what I needed. I never got any bad attitude from none of the workers. Great service, great prices!!!!!
What an absolute joke these guys are. They lie constantly. I have never seen this level of ineptitude in any business in my life. Tony, Dennis, Chris, whoever they say they are today, just know they are lying to you (as long as they are speaking). I cannot caution anyone enough. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from this absolute sham of a business. If I thought they actually had a business license it should be pulled, but I am sure that they do not.
I drove 1 hour to this place in very hot weather. Turned out they were just luring me to the place. Then after going through the entire place, spotted a tail gate it might work. Price suddenly went up multiple times. Their employee I talked to was very unhappy about them being crooks and thieves and was leaving them soon he told me in confidence.
They are just Nigerian crooks. They do not even deserve a star!

They are a bunch of liers & thrives. I was charged $150.00 for an engine core, which was supposed to be returned when I bought the core back in. When I returned the core I was only refunded $75.00. Tho I was dealing with Honorable people. Beware of these crooks !
*****TERRIBLE SERVICE****DO NOT GO HERE- We were looking for a part - we even called these guys to make sure they had it- we get there, they have no clue - Dennis and his team are so unorganized- unprofessional and on top of that sexist- I was told because I'm a women, I shouldn't complain and they refused to sell me the part. It's 2017 and we are still going fighting for women rights. The language barrier was another problem, they can't speak English so it was so hard to understand him, especially on top of him yelling. Save your time and money!!!!
I would give zero stars if that was an option. Bought a Subaru motor and had it shipped from Texas to Colorado. Motor was no good - had bearing material in the oil pan and you could feel when you turned it over by hand that it would not get through a full rotation without hanging up. EVEN WORSE, I have been trying to get my money back for over a month. Talked with the manager Dennis, who told me he could not help me and that he would have the owners call me...HEY OWNERS - I am still waiting.
Very bad service. Ordered a transmission on a Tuesday and they immediately charged my credit card. I did not receive by Friday so I called to inquire about where it was. They replied that the shipping department would return my call. Called a second time on Friday and they replied that shipping dept. would call but never called. Called again following Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. On Wednesday morning I told them I did not want the transmission because we did not receive it so cancel the order. They responded that they would call back in 20 minutes with a tracking #. They did not return the call then so I called my credit card company to stop payment. They called at 3:57 pm with tracking #. Too late. Why would a good company charge a credit card before an item is ready to be shipped.
