A place where God needs to forgive the most. As a type one diabetic, I pulled into my apartment complex for 10 minutes and I come back down in my car is gone. I was fully parked in a designated spot that I was allowed to park in. My apartment complex hired these people to sit in our parking garage and tow away. I pulled into the parking garage that I pay over $1800 A MONTH to live in this complex. Mind you I'm here for my lunch break so I stop in at the quickest spot I can because my blood sugar as a type one diabetic is almost 50! So I pull in and I run up to my apartment less than 10 minutes later I come back down and my car is gone. Now I have no way to get back to work. I have no family or no one to drive me here. All of my stuff is in my car so I have no way to pay. I'm losing money while I'm not able to be at my job. All because my blood sugar was low and I needed to take care of myself. I will be reporting you guys to ADA.
This place should be getting zero stars than just one. The location where I was parked while I was doing an uber delivery at las Colinas seemed to be public yet the towing sign is hidden. Yes there was a parking garage however I’m not allowed to enter that in the apartment building. Yet my car gets towed by these people. The lady who works here doesn’t care about you. I wish I can sue the company….but oh well $350 down to the drain…
Highly recommend doing service with this tow company. I usually do not leave reviews but today the owner blessed me and i want to show my appreciation . Owners down to the customer service rep at the window really went above and beyond to help me even though I was at fault. Thank you for everything and the work you guys do.
No se merece ni si quiera una estrella.. el pésimo lugar de grúas, sin atención al cliente y luego la disque señora que está en la ventanilla una mega grosera.. te levanta la voz y te deja hablando, no te trata de ayudar en lo más mínimo, si alguien tiene algún número de algún manager o de alguien a quien hablarle, necesito sacar mi troca de aquí! #ayudaaaaa
I’d give a zero if I could. My friend’s car was towed and this place is about as shady as it gets. The lady who works in the office is completely rude and the facility is disgusting. There are spiders all over the sales office. You can’t see the the lady you pay and she made me re park in an empty lot.
Car got towed, oh fine, I parked in the wrong spot (even though there were no signs indicating this). Towing service busted my oil pan. Cute. Apparently it’s unavoidable, happens every time they go over the train tracks because it’s “so bumpy”. The rude receptionist was practically bullying me because I wasn’t from around town all “since you’re not from Texas I’ll need proof of insurance if you even HAVE insurance”. Anyways. On site mechanic will fix my broken oil pan for me free of charge (if you exclude the $180 I had to pay to pick up my broken car before I could even take it off the lot.. and if I had waited an extra day to pay for it they would have charged me more even tho I literally couldn’t take it off of their lot..and the $60 something spent on uber rides to get there and back and there again to pick my car up.. and that I had to door-dash food because I couldn’t drive and get any and I was away from home…) Now I have an oil leak when I didn’t before my oil pan got busted, so I’ll have to go to a real mechanic and probably pay thousands to get that figured out. Hate this place. Worst inconvenience ever. And the apartment I stayed at for having the worst communication skills I have ever witnessed.
Got towed for the second time in a week by this company. I called to ask questions about why I was being targeted and the lady said “I don’t know I don’t work for the apartments I work for the impound lot” You’re telling me you can’t answer questions about why YOUR drivers are doing what they’re doing?
Terrible staff. Rude and disrespectful. That girl behind the counter was very rude and unprofessional to me when I went to pick up my vehicle. She needs to be fired.
Getting your car towed is stressful enough without the added attitude of staff. I found my experience from vsf operator #15961VSF ( because she refused to give me her name lol) off putting to say the least. Sorry you hate your job! I’m sure this isn’t your first report and I know it won’t be the last.
They towed my mother in laws car when it was properly registered and still charged us. Them they charged us an additional fee to pick up the vehicle because it’s registered to her. They are crooks and unprofessional. Will be reporting to BBB
My husband parked his company semi truck parked at the Walmart close to our house in Mckinney tx with the Walmart manager permission and it got towed without authority about 5am this morning. It's been there since last thur afternoon. The towing company tried to claim that Walmart manager called them to pick it up but can't even tell us when etc. Come to find out this place has done shady things to other people. The odd thing is there were 3 other trucks parked in the same lot who didn't get towed. My husband's truck didn't have a trailer on it and the other 3 trucks did. So my suspicion is that is why they illegally towed my husband's truck. We had to drive an hour south to pick it up. Ridiculous! I'm going to report this tow company to the state licensing board. Guaranteed they'll be hearing from my husband's company attorneys!
Followed me to my friends apartment and towed my car immediately after I locked it. My car was towed in 5 minutes, before we could walk back to our apartment and registere a permit.
The worst experience!they have terrible staff and have not hospitality in general. Absolutely rude when we called to ask about the location of our cars
It’s May 27th at 10:00pm and my car was towed. I called to get information about its whereabouts. The woman behind the counter was extremely rude. I showed up to pay and she said “you can go to the gas station or something because it’s going to be 5 minutes I’m really busy” but she was playing on her phone. Then finally got to me and got my cards and threw them back to me. She was just angry for no reason.
