This place is a scam they take vehicles that have visitor passes on the also that’s crazy what’s the point of having a visitor pass if they just going to tow your car anyway I’ve been parking this vehicle on-site for 2 weeks no problem then boom I come out and it’s gone and I renew my parking pass every day even when it still has the current pass active.
This company gets ZERO STARS. THEY TOWED MY VEHICLE, BUT I TAKE FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR IT, BECAUSE I WAS PARKED IN ANOTHER BUSINESS PARKING SPOT AND DID NOT REALIZE IT WAS LABELED AS ANOTHER COMPANY. HOWEVER, I BASICALLY FOLLOWED THE TOW TRUCK TO THE ESTABLISHMENT...MY CAR WAS IMPOUNDED FOR LESS THAN 5 MINUTES AND THEY CHARGED E $350 DOLLARS. WHEN ASKED CAN I SEE THE PRICE LIST THEY DID NOT PROVIDE ME WITH ONE BUT STATED THAT IT WAS THAT MUCH BECAUSE OF DALLAS TOW FEE WHICH WAS 257.00 AND THEN OTHER FEES. THIS COMPANY IS A COMPLETE SCAM AND CHARGE WHATEVER THEY LIKE. THIS IS RIDICULOUS. THEY INCREASE PRICES DEPENDING ON WHAT TYPE OF CAR YOU DRIVE, IF ITS A NEW MODEL THEN YOU PAY MORE. COMPLETELY TRASH AND SOMETHING NEED TO BE DONE ABOUT THIS ESTABLISHMENT....C>A>R> TOWING IS GARBAGE!!

I’d rate this place a negative star if it was available to! They illegally towed my vehicle that had been recently added to my daughter’s lease then charged me a different fee than what was advertised. The apartment complex where my vehicle was towed was aware that they illegally towed my vehicle and stated it was nothing they could do. I’m wondering if the apartment complex and tow company are working together. I’m wanting to know if my vehicle was added to the lease why was my vehicle towed and up charged a different fee than what was listed. You have to pay the bootleg fee to retrieve your vehicle. Scam company is what they are.
If I could give it zero stars I would. Car got towed from eos gym because it’s the nail salon parking spot but they do not advertise it as so. Then you call them at 730pm and they don’t answer the phone. And when you get there the lady at the window is very rude. And charges extra $150 because the car was towed from desoto(not even 15 mins away)and that it was Texas policy. And when asked the lady to see policy she couldn’t provide information and told us to google it just to end up saying it’s there rule !
Towed my car when I was unloading it in front of my place. This place doesn't answer its phone, so you will never know if your car is there or not. They are thief's.
This is a terrible place made up of thieves! This lady paid the fee and they did not want to release her car stating that they didn’t receive the payment. They were asking her to pay again! I paid them to get my car and they said they didn’t receive my payment! I called the police earlier and thankfully they arrived when they said they didn’t receive my payment. When they saw the police they said they received the payment. The police ended up going inside to help the other family who didn’t receive their car even after they paid. No matter how many times you ring the doorbell, they choose when they want to help you and when they don’t. I hope this place goes out of business!
Shady company towed my car from my residence name on lease and papers…! Car been parked in the parking lot for 2 months Towed it the night Before Thanksgiving and told me I have to wait to talk to a supervisor per email in 3-5 business days. They towed it after 12 but you can’t pick it up till after 8am!
Terrible customer service. We were trying to pay the drop fee but driver sped away. I was trying to keep up but he was easily doing 60mph through a residential area and lost him. Once we got a hold of someone at the place they put us on hold for about 10 minutes. I think they were just trying to make sure the car go to their lot so we would have to pay a lot more. No one answered the window when we got there. They were “in the back doing something”… like is bro also driving the tow truck?
They towed my car because THEY DID NOT DO THEIR JOB AND REOMVE THE SECOND CAR FROM MY ACCOUNT LIKE I REQUESTED!! my new car was towed because they did not add it to the account like I requested and now they don’t wanna do anything about it. Worst company I’ve ever dealt with.
The sign on the building says 8am-12am Mon-Fri but nobody answered the phone at 9pm as if they were closed. I get there this morning and they are charging me for two days when my car wasn’t even there 24hours . Update the hours and have someone willing to answer the phone I called over 10x yesterday.
My friends rental car was towed when we went to Karaoke. We got back to their rental car - it was gone!
We left @ 1:27am (see partial receipt)and when we went to pickup the car later that morning, the receipt from CARS stated it was towed 2:57am. Snakes always get caught in lies!!
Towed my car without any signage posted. Left to get parts to change to fix my vehicle, came back and gone. Now, they wanna charge $350 to get it back while it's not running yet. And another $75 just to bring it out the lot? Makes no sense! Waiting on their karma like a fly on the wall! Tow predators at its finest hour!
I sat back and watch multiple drivers tow people's cars from EOS in Desoto. They were dragging front wheel drive vehicles (which were in park) by the rear wheels. Just completed destroying these people's transmissions. The show zero regard for people's property. This company should be shut down immediately,
This would honestly be zero stars if possible. I was originally going to work with them but after multiple no shows for meetings or rescheduled meetings, I got frustrated and dropped communication with this company. I get a call this morning that a resident’s car has been towed and was called in by another resident. Had they shown up to meetings, they would have known that management and maintenance are the only people authorized to call in a tow.
Was I less than professional in my call to them this morning? Yes, I was. But I stand by my 1 star review due to the consistent unprofessional behavior exhibited by CARS towing.
They are thief's.
They tow vehicles from places that they know have the proper plates on their vehicles for that complex.
Then charge you $350. Just to get it back.
ALL I CAN SAY IS THEY ARE NOTHING BUT LOW LIFE THIEFS.

These people tow illegally and they are not operating under DOT regulations towed my car at 8:30 tonight but told me I can’t pick my car up til in the morning . This is against DOT rules also there are no visible tow signs within Texas regulations I will be suing.
Terrible place!!!! Towed my car today at 5:36am. I registered my car for my apartment 10/7/23. I go outside to take my daughter to school and head to work and my car is gone!!! I call this number on hold for 20minutes! Tell them I registered my vehicle early October. They non chalantly tell me “sorry” and that they’re approving my registration now. I asked them to bring my car back, they said they can’t but can offer an Uber service when they’re 30minites away!!!!! At this point I have no other choice because I’m already an hour late to work. Get there and my car is not ready! They made me sign a form for a release which states waived fee for “courtesy release” this wasn’t a courtesy it was an inconvenience!! I asked the black dude if he had kids & how would he feel to wake up to take them to school and his vehicle was missing. He said “that’s why I live in a house and not an apartment” AS IF that has anything to do with HIS mistake of illegally towing my vehicle !!!!! I plan to sue for my hours of work missed, miles used to get to work and emotional damage!!! You don’t do this to ppl! This place need to be SHUT DOWN!!!!!
Scammers! The girl that works there is horrible and lack customer service. My sister car was towed by them from an apt complex that she's paying her rent. They assigned her a parking spot that goes with her apt, then after a few months they want her to Register with this tow company. They're a bunch of thieves!
My car was parked at my brother in laws house on his private property in Mesquite, TX. My brother in law was going to fix it because I wrecked my car. I moved to Lake Jackson, TX and was going to drive back to Dallas to pick up my car once it was fixed. My ex-roommate, Ashley, works for the above mentioned tow company. She went to my brother in laws property with a wrecker and claimed that my car was on the repo list and she needed to tow my car. I called my finance company as soon as I found out and my car is not on any repo list. So my car was stolen by the tow company and they are refusing to give it back to me. They want me to pay to get it out and pay to have it towed back to my brother in laws property. I have text messages proving my claim and even the owner of the company told Ashely to fix the problem but she is refusing. My brother in laws ring doorbell has video footage of them taking my car. I have filed a police report and am working to file with the courts.
Our company message board was towed the cost is $ 1327.54, which is fine. But what kind of business in 2023 wont take a credit card if its over $ 500.00. What large companies with 5 locations has cash sitting around. I can buy a car with my credit card, this place is sad and stuck in 1950.
The service here was so terrible that I want to go leave a bad review for my apartment complex for doing business with them. $317.53 to get my car out, yes I’m complaining about the price because I’ve never had to pay that much. The man on the phone mumbles like he’s The Godfather with a chock full of cotton in his mouth, I had to ask him several times to repeat what he’s saying. The behemoth at the front didn’t make the process any easier. People are already irritated about getting their car towed, nobody wants to deal with your attitude, girl. If you hate your job, get a new one! Not to mention the place is shadyyyy! I’m so glad I had someone with me, I feel you have to keep your head on a swivel out there, especially at night! Terrible, price gouging, service. I hope they go out of business.
After the Dallas flood in August 2022, my car was towed from the Wonder Bar parking lot (after a Dallas police help place it there). I was forced to do business with C.A.R.S. Towing. It took from 11:45AM to 11:55PM to obtain my car, along with an additional $125 (after my payment of $369) to get it out!! IF I had been advised at 1:20pm when the FIRST tow-truck driver arrived to pick up my car that they would bring my car OUT of the lot for an additional $125, it would have saved me both 10 1/2 hours of TIME & MANY hours of anxiety and stress. THIS is a business that gouges those forced to do business with them!!! SHAME ON WONDER BAR FOR USING THIS TOWING COMPANY!!!!
This place is so shady. My car was towed twice from the same complex within a two week time frame. First time I had paper plates on my car (brand new car) bringing my daughter into the house with groceries left my car outside 10min came back and it was gone. 2nd time I registered my car with the front office Apts parked in visitors as stated by the front office. I changed my paper tags to my official license plates at 10pm and they towed my car at 1026pm. At this point I feel like they are targeting my car. I have to pay another 328.00 to retrieve my car so within 3 weeks they have gotten 656.00 dollars from me. This time I filed a police report for a civil claim against them. I'm coming a complaint with the BBB and the Texas department of licensing and registration.
I was towed by this company after living in the complex for a total of 2 days. This is a complete ripoff and the nerve of them to charge me over $300 to get my vehicle out of tow. The receptionist is very rude and unethical. I have never met such a money hungry organization and from the looks of the building they need all the money that they can get.
My car was towed and we called and they said it would cost $166.53 to get it out. Within an hour and a half of the tow I was there and they charged me $328.64 and the only item that was over their posted rates was the C.A.R.S. towing rate which was $272 for a normal distance tow. I am used to being scammed by these tow/pound operators and I know all of the politicians who license them have their hands out for cash or cars towed on command but this screwing the public like this must stop..Gordon Edwards
I went to this place to retrieve my car that was towed around Christmas time. From Garland to Irving!
The place was very shady and so was the neighborhood, especially at night. It was hard to find too.
The lady who helped me, both on the phone and in person, was very helpful, but not very friendly.
We signed papers and paid the fee (over $300!) through a little opening at the bottom of a window with reflective glass; really weird. I couldn't see anything and could barely hear her with all the noise from the freeway.
When everything was set, she opened the gate and we walked to the lot to find my car. Thankfully, it was in one piece. Got in, drove off.
Next day, I noticed a big, long scratch on the driver's side towards the back, obviously inflicted by the towing process. My blood ran cold. I don't know whether I want to deal with this place again. So here we are. One star was for my car being basically in one piece; the second star, I gave because of the lady being so helpful. Horrible place.
This towing business DOES not need to be in business at all. I personally witnessed this business tow cars away that were not parked for longer than the 2 hour limit. My guest car got towed by this business and when we to pick it up they gave us the hardest time for no reason. We did not argue the tow, we had the money and the paperwork needed was inside the towed vehicle. Despite all of this we waited more than one hour to get the car close to two.Mind you, we had a baby with us as well, the car seat was in the car. We tried calling them multiple times and they either hung up on us or made an excuse that they had calls to address but we were there ready and waiting for .We are black and they let a white couple who came before us get their towed car quickly. They are prejudice, extremely unprofessional and thieve’s . Any entity contracted with them needs to reconsider and cancel . I will definitely file a complaint.
Absolutely worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I got there before 12 a.m and they refused to release my car to m because the employee simply did not want to do her job. Lady working window had the worst attitude and zero professionalism. We had to call the police for them to help me complete the transaction and get my car released to me. This company needs to be completely shut down and not be allowed to do business anywhere ever again. Any company that allows them to tow from there lot needs to be fined.
Thieves! They come around almost everyday trying to find cars to tow. I have witnessed them looking at my new jeep each time so they know that I am legally parked in my carport. I have the correct sticker and parking pass. In fact, I witnessed them getting out the tow truck this past Monday and again looking at my vehicle. Well guess what? They towed my vehicle before 4:00 a.m. today. I soon learned that they don't open until 8:00 a.m. so now I had to be late for work. Of course the lone worker was late getting there and didn't arrive until 8:45 a.m. Apparently, I forgot to hang my parking pass even though I could have sworn that I did. Long story short, I had to pay $319 to get my jeep back. There were no complete rates listed that explain this exorbitant cost. However, the best part is that I contacted my management office and they are now suspending their contract with this company and are going to find a more reputable towing service. Karma!
