Bring a little bit more money than whatever they tell you. Said it was gonna be $140 over the phone to retrieve our car then when we got to the desk it was $175. The car was towed from a registered spot we pay for monthly as well. Lol.
Was stuck in the back waiting for someone to move the truck that was right in front of my car.. came to get my car at 7:15 by 7:19 I was able to go to the back only to be stuck because a truck was infront of my car. My sister in law went to let them know I couldn't get out. Only for the girl to tell her I had to wait for a tow truck to get here to move the truck. She then asked how long that would be to be told "they get here when they get here" I started taking pictures and thats when someone came to move the truck that was infront of my car.. I was out at 7:49 am.... I was stuck in the back for 40 damn minutes
My car was stolen along with my wallet . The hassle it took from them to get my car that was STOLEN . This place is a scam . The police takes your car here after you have to find your own car and then charge you for taking there even if you wanted your insurance to tow it and then they’ll make your insurance go through hoops to get a car that was stolen from your home . So basically you get robbed by criminals and then they robbed you after to add the cherry on top . SMH

I called to report cars parked without a property permit sticker because I had literally no place to park at all and had to walk with my 2 year old from across the school parking lot and called this number as it says it on our apartment gate sign, pressed the company name on the phone “dynamic” and the person who answered was so rude kept trying to argue with me just because I called to ask if they serviced my apartment complex and she was going off trying to argue with me telling me to read the sign well and not to be calling their number when I called the exact number and company provided on the sign. If I could I would give no stars. Charge me $200 for a tow after my vehicle was stolen and would not work with me what-so-ever. Try at all possible cost to not use this company
*UPDATE*
I have spent a week trying to get my vehicle out of this impound lot. Not to mention spending the better part of 10 hours on hold, at least, trying to get through all the hoops they require for you to get your own vehicle out. The require you to have an authorization of release letter to be notarized, even though I was physically there with all proof of ownership of the vehicle, makes zero sense. Did everything they asked and was told my insurance could pick it up but after the tow truck got there they would not release it, stating that another document needed to be signed. They are a scam and will do everything they can to keep your vehicle as long as possible so they can pinch every penny out of you. This place needs to be investigated for fraud and unethical business practices.

They were kind to me in a southern hospitality way, because I was polite to them. I got my car back with no scratches and the second time it got towed they didnt mark it with paint and I was very happy about that
If I can give it 0 stars I would I’ve had my car towed before from here and never had an issue or been cursed at I understand it’s there job. But the 2 woman working the night shift are VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL no one was in the office when I walked up to the window and the lady got mad and told me “DONT YOU SEE THE SIGN” literally no one was there but me and my brother. Oh that’s just the start. Both the ladies did not let me speak and had a very nasty attitude not once was I being rude or being loud. The white lady was just mad or idk but she was cussing at me and getting mad when I told her I’ll be back with the vin number. Horrible experience and I’ve never been treated like this here they did not want to give me my truck. I came back today 12/14/2024 and the day shift lady made the process smooth and quick with no attitude SHE SHOULD GET A RAISE!
This place is an absolute scam! The bad reviews say it all. Got my car towed at Allen Outlet mall while shopping on Black Friday weekend. They don't let u know not to park there & site a small tow sign for non patrons. I did not know it was not part of the mall, also did not see the signs but I sure saw all the barricades pushing me that direction to park. Crazy scammers are in wait for u to walk away and the tow trucks were having a field day swooping & towing unsuspecting shoppers. They also don't let u know it's towed-had to ask around. So many shoppers got burned that weekend-we should call them the Grinch that TRIED to steal Christmas joy. $343 was the cost and I retrieved it with in an hour. All you see is barricades everywhere & as soon as u get outta ur car, they are in wait for u to walk around the corner. This is for real a scam & the police should get involved.
I had my vehicle impounded as it was stolen and then found by Dallas police. The two ladies at the front (Theresa and the other lady who was there after on 06/09 around 6 pm) were great and professional. Normally places like these are not customer centric but I was able to get my personal belongings with ease and recover everything!!! I was apprehensive from the other reviews but even the tow drivers inside the impound were super nice and gave me more direction on where my car could be. Thank you for making this one less thing to stress about bc having your car stolen is not fun. If y’all can’t get through on the phone, come in person during the day and it will go well! I just moved in these Apartments a this tow service pickup my car it wasn’t stressed enough that I needed to give my vehicle information because I was driving a U-Haul when I signed my lease was informed that a tow service would be unforced. But I hear it’s a commission deal with the complex. This is bad business and shady practices on this complex not to mention it as paramount to get vehicles information ASAP but when there is a gain on their part why bother!!! Ridiculous and hungry for money. We were registered for a visitors pass and they STILL towed us. I tried to talk to the man because his window was down and he kept driving. Called the tow company immediately and they talked to me like I was dumb, ultimately sending me through to someone else. Not that anyone would recommend a towing company, but this place was garbage.

They actually made it pretty easy to get my vehicle back last time I was there. Besides the money part. I have nothing against the people that worked there, of course, it just sucks to have to go pick your car up when it gets towed from your apartment complex.
One of the worst experiences I've ever had. People there are so rude. They're constantly changing what's needed to get your car out. Don't listen to what anyone says and treat everyone like they were prisoners. Horrible place. No compassion. No understanding. I'd give it a negative 1 if I could. Hope I never have to deal with them again.
People you need to look at your receipts because these people are stealing from you! (Adding on extra storage days is the big one) This is a private co. Not the city and I strongly suggest you call any attorney and see if they want to bring some people together and put a stop to this! You do have rights! Be well.

My son registered his car for parking at the apartments he was at.. description down to a T of his vehicle.. accidentally switched 2 of the letters on the license plate, not realizing (ex: ABC, and he put ACB), probably from a lack of sleep from actually working.. and they still towed his vehicle.. How pathetic. Looking at the inside of this bldg.. you would think they would fix up their place.. it’s DISGUSTING..
For the past 2yrs in half since I moved to Dallas TX from LA. I have spent CLOSELY to 15houndread. I never spent that much in my life living in Los Angeles. I guess there's so much scams and corruption between Impound and apartments. In 2yrs 3 different Impound companies that the apartment landlord had business with. Only difference was the bill to get ur car out. Some where in the 80 or 90 price range that's if ur car was Impounded for one day but the this company they charge $180 just for one day now multiply that with extra charges if the car stays there longer. This is a corrupt way to scam people out of money. They don't care what u going threw or what's going on they just want the money and keep doing it again.
Jacked my car because of a mix-up of lic plate order. Was same letters and number. 2 were switched. Also, it looks like they drug my car and took it mudding.
My nephew car was towed and the company damaged his vehicle in the process. The young lady at the service window did not even have a business card. This is a company that works for the county. If we are this point in our society, we have truly lost our way. Civil case in the process
If I could give this place a zero I would. They don’t seem to care at all who’s car they tow as long as they get money. They are so disorganized they don’t even know where they leave your car they just tell you to go find it. These people need to have some respect and empathy when it comes to towing and having to have good customer service. It’s their responsibility to know where the car is and to handle it with care since it’s in their hands. You never know if the last thing a person has if their car and these people mistreat the car and don’t give proper service to their customer.
Cost over $300 to get my minivan back that they towed at 2am from my apartment complex because I switched from my paper plates to my license plate. During the holiday season no less. They didn't tow any cars that have expired tags or no plates at all though. Awful.
Of course no one wants to get the car towed but at least he’s so people don’t hassle you if you don’t have exactly whatever you need do you have a piece of paper there’s going to be extra that they make you feel out give your keys and you get your car
Look, I get that nobody likes having their vehicle impounded, but this place is easily the worst one to be at: rude and unhelpful people who won’t answer to any questions in regards to what they are making you sign. The whole process to get your car back is just sketchy and unsafe. And then they charge you an insane amount of money (the maximum allowed by law obviously) to just have the chance to MAYBE find your car by yourself.
September 26 I called to see if my car was impounded. Can’t remember who I spoke with but the rep said my car was not there. I initially called my dealership to see if they had my car still nothing. I called police dept they have no records of my car being towed, so of course I filed a police report for stolen car. Today October 2nd something told me to call again. The person who picked up really wasn’t making it a Easy process to locate my car . Requesting vin number and license plate. I provided the name of my apartment complex and year, make and model of my car. So now they verified they have my car and cost 323 and some cents to retrieve my vehicle. My apartments even called the company to verify if they towed my car they were also told no. This honestly seems very slimy and illegal. I’m pretty sure the moment they tow your car their supposed to report to the tow yard of the vehicles being brought. I notice my car gone around 1030 that morning. Police showed roughly around 11-12pm . I called police depot today also after the update about my car . And nothing was updated in their system until 1:15 pm the 911 representative said tow yards have up until 2 hours to report. My car was towed in plenty of enough time to be registered in system. But the company fell short to update their records about having my car. Oh did I mention I was towed for registration expiration. Received no warning. And according to Texas law commission for motor vehicles. You’re allowed 6 additional months passed expiration in order to renew if you have NOT RECEIVED A CITATION. Which I have not. Honestly if I didn’t call today I would still be under the impression that my car was stolen. Oh yea the lady that answers for the tow yard said I need to call back at 9:30 during business hours their just the yard that hold the cars. Only one number provided on website and business hours clearly states open 24 HOURS
I was cleaning the spot i usually park in from nails and screws and other materials that caused me to have flat tires. I parkred my van in way that took up 2 parking spots temporary, proceed to clean up my spaces, and catch sight of the tow truck driver taking pictures of my van. I told the guy that that was my van before he even backed up to it. He just ignored me and towed off my van anyway! Since I'm handicapped, there's wasn't much i could do anyway. The tow truck driver had no intention of stopping. If i or others were in the way,he might've ran anybody over because he valued taking someone's vehicle over human life!
Whenever I finally found out what tow company took my van. The people of the auto impound was rude and made fun of me.
I come back to file a complaint with the manager and she talked down to me and was very arrogant. Just as rude as the tow truck driver who took my van in the first place.
The manager fired off additional stereotypical things about why my van got towed,like expired or fictitious registration, no insurance, no parking permit, no bumper, and said other rude things .
If the tow truck driver hadn't took crummy pictures,that would've blew her stereotypical
Sayings out of the water,because everything was current and up to date.

It's a shame that I always paid my rent on time,keep inspection insurance,and insurance up. Now i can't enjoy my own van because it's old and attracts discrimination!

Anytime I ever seen them enter the parking lot of my apartment complex, they made sure they never leave without taking someone's vehicle.
I have had my cars towed here and each time i think they work back to back with the maganers from the apartments. My car had been parked under a carport for almost a month and yet nobody said nothing, until the manager got back and it got towed. It's a shame to said this but nobody works with honesty no more.
Very easy to pay for my car, locating the vehicle was another story. They really should implement a system to locate the many, many cars that are towed there daily. Newly towed cars should be toward the front as they would be picked up first and those that have been there a while should be moved to the back. Something to think about.

I first encountered these low life scum when i was dropping a friend off after a day of golf. They had a spotter blocking the only visitor spot left in the parking garage and since my friend had the badge to go up to resident parking and i needed to use the restroom i went up for all of two minutes. I come back out assuming i might be getting towed soon so I literally ran out and sure enough i see the white charger who was blocking visitor parking on the phone and next to my car with a tow truck that must have been hiding around the building coming up. I get my car before they can and they were pissed. Then i got towed by them visiting a friend while in visitor parking at another complex. They broke into my car and pushed it into a reserved spot and took photos to prove i "parked illegally". Then to top it off they arent even contracted to that lot i called dallas police and they said my car hadnt been towed and to call around then get an officer to write a stolen car report. I found out the lot towing companies number after getting a friend to drive me back over there and the company flat out said thats their lot and to report it stolen.. they recommended one company to call since they are known as shady and they said they didnt have it. Called police again after calling around and they gave me the same number the real contracted company gave and this time they had it. I never write these but i hope to sway away any honest jobs they might get. Not that it would hurt them any given the company processes for stealing hard working peoples cars. You have a evil heart and roaches come to mind you live and thrive in filth most people feel grimy even thinking about.. They also towed my front wheels on the ground even though they pushed it out and could have been easy on it they decided to ruin my cv axles and bearings as well as put stress on my transmission. I also found a loose suspension stabilizing link with a missing nut that has anti roll off threads, idk for sure how that happened but i work on cars and never seen that happen. I hope you read this you losers i can fix my car good luck with your reputation you are some weak low life's i usually prey for my enemies your just the devil!!
