I never leave reviews but after the day I had this business was truly deserving of a review Raymond and staff was nothing short of amazing,me and my daughter was stuck in some mud somewhere out in the country and no one wanted to come help us mind you it was the middle of the night but Raymond came he couldn’t get us out with the equipment he had so he took us home and promised he would figure it out the next day , the next morning came he came and picked us back up with different equipment drove back out there a hour away got my car from being unstuck and they even gave me a deal on the price I was more than greatful ! Hands down awesome all the way around
This place is absolutely awful. After my car was STOLEN they quoted me OVER $500 just to release it, which is already ridiculous. Including taking on a storage fee for days they were closed. What made it worse is that when I asked about the condition of the vehicle, they lied and told me there was NO damage, despite the fact that the car was clearly totaled.
The vehicle had a right front corner impact, damage to the right rear door, severe damage down the entire left side, deployed airbags (driver seat and head airbag), a bent rear axle, and a wheel completely pushed out of place. Yet they still tried to pretend there was nothing wrong with it — which feels intentionally deceptive and manipulative.
They also refused to let me retrieve my wallet, ID, or personal belongings unless I paid their fee, even though my insurance was already coming to pick up the car to total it. Holding someone’s personal property hostage is unacceptable
Their hours are unreasonable and don’t align with normal working schedules at all, making the process even more frustrating.
On top of everything, the front desk staff were harsh, rude, and lacked basic professionalism or empathy, especially toward someone dealing with the aftermath of a stolen vehicle.
This business feels dishonest and predatory. Save yourself the stress and go literally anywhere else.
As reviewed 2 years ago this business tried quoting me 2k for a $500 job. I thought I would give him another chance this time when I needed a tow in the area. He told me I will call you back with a rate. Instead of calling back he texts me saying I will pass. The owner is an Egyptian with no matter or customer service, he seems angry all the time. Do yourselves a favor and steer away from this business!! There are plenty of other good tows who respect and care for their customers or potential customers just not this business!
