Rashad Davis did an outstanding job in ensuring our tow process was smooth and efficient. Having to have your vehicle towed for accidents or insurance claims are already a difficult time a task and the towing aspect can be just as tough sometimes. I’ve had the displeasure of working with tow companies in the past where service and empathy is not at the forefront of their relationship with customers. But with Tow Now, Rashad told me all he needed to about himself as a service provider and Tow Now as a company through his kindness, correspondence, and speediness - the BEST towing experience i’ve ever had. I have a highly modified 18’ Q50 RedSport and was very nervous about not using my normal towing provider. However Junior showed up and was patient with me throughout the loading and unloading process. My experience using Tow Now was great. Rashad Davis was extremely communicative and professional. He let me know when he picked up the car and then once he dropped it off even sent pictures. I was nervous because I wasn’t with the car and this was extremely helpful.
I will definitely call them again if I find myself needing a tow again.
