Your tow truck driver blocked the entrance to the donation center for the Genius Women’s Shelter and refused to move his truck back one foot so cars could get in. Was incredibly rude when multiple people politely asked him.
Insurance paid this company to pick up my wife’s car that was totaled on a hwy. They got angry and shouted at my wife when all she was doing was asking a few questions. Then they refused to drop the car off until we personally paid them an additional $200 for debris cleanup that they claimed they get charged from the fire department. They literally did not clean up a single bit of debris BECAUSE THERE WASN’T ANY. This company is run by scam artists.
Timely service in 20 degree weather! The tow truck driver Cortez was polite and helpful. Our car was vandalized, and at least it is home thanks to Cortez. Service was reasonably priced as well. If I ever need a tow again, this is who I will call. Thank you!
I would highly recommend this company, I gave them a call, sent them the address and they were on the way in no time. Excellent customer service and very empathetic.
