Car broke down on Westmoreland and 30 and needed a tow and I did what most do and search for “tow truck near me.” I browsed the first listing because of close proximity but then I saw multiple one star reviews and the next listing , VC towing had like 3 back to back reviews of 5 stars.. I took my chance and dialed their number and received a quick response, were punctual, professional, and reasonably priced . Im glad I trusted my instinct and chose Vc towing and will use again if im ever stranded. If you’re reading this review , you probably are stuck on the road somewhere, but you can count on the guys at Vc towing to get you home safely and at a good price!!
Amazing service. 10/10 recommend. He was very fast and did an installation on my truck at a great price. For anyone in the Dallas area, this is the first person I would go to.
VC Towing was great in helping to get our vehicle to the dealership. They were quick to respond to my call, arrived in a timely manner and were as pleasure to work with. I wouldn't hesitate to use their service again if my family needs towing assistance.
Edit - one year later. If I could give these guys 6 stars I would. My car broke down again, called them and within 1 hour I was home. Super friendly, good value and professional.

Excellent service. Called them on Saturday to tow my car from a parking garage with very low clearance. They were able to tow it without any struggle. Customer service was a 10/10, extremely polite and on time. Definitely recommend!!

VC Towing answered my call immediately on a Sunday (after getting sent to voicemail at 2 other wrecker services that said they were open on Sundays) and gave me a quote within minutes. They came and picked my key up from my house since I wasn’t with my vehicle and had my vehicle back to me all within an hour of calling. 9/19/23 8pm Dallas TX - Vilbig Rd. -Servere thunderstoms that night moving thru the area, and I needed assistance to pickup and load a vehicle. Alejandro was 'Johnny on the Spot' waiting for me as I pulled up, and provided excellent service! Not only did Alejandro p/u my car he helped me load car to my car-dolly, which he made look easy but I know it was not. After loading to the car dolly he waited to ensure that I had everything hooked up correctly + even helped me hook up the car to my truck. Much thanks to both father Carlos and son Alejandro. Best tow company in the city of Dallas!! They helped me recover my truck from a garage that a had a low clearance. 3 other tow companies attempted to help me but couldn’t get the job done. My car was towed to the Dallas auto pound. It had not been driven for 2 years so the battery was dead. Hence, I could not retrieve it by myself. VC Towing (across the street from the pound) provided excellent customer service. They proposed a few different options and we wound up selling the car to them as-is. Ask for Carlos!
