Was needing towing quick as my car broke down and they responded quickly and wait time was minimal! Customer service was excellent too! Hopefully I won’t need towing again but if I do I will be calling them back! Highly recommend!
Incredible service. Same day toll from Israel!!! You’re the best (literally within the hour) and I realize this might not be available all the time but I’m having the worst car services with the auto shops so had to get my vehicle transferred from a shop to the dealership and it was handled so easily and I didn’t have to be there for a second of it! Israel went above and beyond in helping us with our towing. My truck broke down leaving my wife’s baby shower right after I had loaded up all of the gifts. He arrived very promptly, gave me a ride to the place I needed, and was super professional and helpful through and through.

Texas Tows provided an exemplary customer experience. Our vehicle was inoperable in a store parking lot and unable to start. We were unable to remain with the vehicle and needed to leave the key. We also had a special request that the car not be towed until the next day, when the repair shop was open. Texas Tows had the personal commitment to our vehicle's safety not only to come the same night just to retrieve the key and lock the car, but also to pick up the vehicle early the next day and have it at the shop right when they opened. Excellent service and support, treating our customer car like it was their own.

Amazing company! Called and requested a much needed pick up for one of our Fleet Vehicles. Driver showed up within the hour, and was able to load up the vehicle and transport it to the desired destination. Did a flawless job!

Highly recommend texas tows Inc. Called them one night where my truck over heated and poured coolant out. They where able to get a tow truck to me pretty quickly and jose the driver was very professional and hooked up and secured my truck carefully and attentative, always have a slight feer of a vechile getting damaged when being loaded and unloaded but not with these guys. Will definitely re use and recommend them.
Was surprised to see a tow truck company with 5 stars so gave them a shot when my vehicle broke down. And they sure as hell live up to the rating! Great service and communication. Very gentle with my vehicle. And very fare pricing!
If I could give Israel 15 stars, I would! He helped me with a very challenging removal of a car from my garage and delivered it to its owner. The car had been sitting for 10 years, was without a good battery or inflatable tires, and the engine did not turn over. He used all of his tools to slide the car to the angle he needed. Then he winched the green immovable object onto his truck. He promptly delivered it to the owner who was 190 miles away. He was friendly, professional, and an excellent communicator! I could not recommend him more highly!
Great experience, fair price. The tow truck driver Israel is it top-notch operator. He's friendly professional and had great communication with me. He was available on phone calls, texts and sent me photos when he dropped my truck off. Had a fairly new looking truck nice and clean. Overall I'm very happy.
