I like to thank Brenda and Bobby for their services. Their prompt assistance with our tractor situation saved our day. Bobby sent several pictures to the owner where he was able to make a sound decision with the tow. Tried to get me on storage fees when I purchased an item on auction and claimed that a “cdl was required” to move my item out of their lot. Predatory and gross but oh well I won in the end!

Clarissa was professional and patient with the customer trying to retrieve their vehicle. She was very knowledgeable about her position and informing the customer what the company must have in order to get their car back.
Terrible Customer Service and Overpriced Fees
My experience with Enfrontdesk was truly disappointing. From the start, the staff’s attitude was terrible, especially towards the Hispanic community. The person in charge of customer service refused to answer my questions, made rude facial expressions, and didn’t even offer basic courtesy, such as a greeting or a simple “thank you.”
On top of the poor service, the price they charged me was completely excessive. My truck was there for just one day, at a junkyard, as part of a towing service, yet they charged me the ridiculous amount of $3,000 dollars. This is an absolute rip-off and a total lack of consideration for customers.
I do not recommend this place at all. If you are considering using their services, I strongly suggest looking for a more fair and professional alternative.
Chris Anderton is the damn Billy Goat! Treated me to dinner and gave me a ride to my hotel after dropping the truck off at the terminal. Dude is real deal passionate employee. My company appreciated his above and beyond service and so did I. Huge applause for Chris Anderton

These guys are the best, called them out to tow our truck and trailer at around 10-11 pm on a Sunday, they responded quickly and had a tow truck out in less than an hour. The price was really good aswell compared to anyone around here!
Got into an accident and called HBL. They told me they could be to me within an hour. They were there quicker, and the driver Lo was so professional. He got the car loaded up and headed to the body shop of my choice within minutes. Would highly recommend.
Professional and personable. Karem and Danny picked up my trailer and then the crew moved the load by hand into the new trailer after the job was rejected by a Warehouse. Fist bumps seem to be their stranded greeting

Marty made a stressful day 10x easier. Had a breakdown, he arrived in less than an hour and had us moving down the highway in less than 30min. Truck was clean and brother was super courteous. If you need a tow or service this is the company and he’s the guy.
These guys are ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! I called them with an emergency job, and they were pronto!!! They bent over backwards, went above and beyond to get the job done!!! Joseph is the ABSOLUTE BEST!!! The job took more than I was prepared for, and Joseph met me where I was!!!!! I COULD NOT ASK FOR A BETTER COMPANY to have helped me get my 150K drill loaded!!! I got myself in a tight position and was stuck and couldn't get out with a 18 wheeler
It was early morning around 2:AM and I started calling tow truck companies all around Dallas and it seemed EVERYONE was still sleeping INCLUDING The "24HR" companies and then Finally I found HBL Towing, agreed to their price and they sent a driver named Antonio who arrived exactly when dispatch said he would..he arrived and got straight down to business, he knew his field of work and performed a excellent job and got us unstuck .. I made a rookie mistake and it cost me but if it wasn't for HBL TOWING I'm sure it would have cost me more.... I thank their team for the Great service and top of the line equipment to bail me out .
We used this outfit for an equipment off load and deck set on site. The team that arrived to do the work and the equipment they command are top notch, and are an example of well trained ,experienced professionals having the right tools to do the job.
Drivers don’t know how to drive and are cutting people off in the rain!! It’s absolutely unacceptable and not safe at all! At a stop sign you look BOTH WAYS AND WAIT UNTIL ITS SAFE TO GO! You don’t cut multiple cars off!
If I could give HBL 10 Stars I would! We needed to have a 26,000 lb concrete pool delivered from Dallas to Austin, and driven up a 20 degree plus gradient road with a hair pin turn. Yousef made a special trip down ahead of time to scout out the path and plan to get the crane and the pool up the hill safely. They assured me they could do it (when others said it couldn’t be done!) and they did it with out a single hitch! The crew - led by Jerry - was amazing! We’ll be using HBL for all our pool deliveries!
