I’m chiming in to provide kudos to the Out East Towing, which provided superb services at my time of need. They were prompt in getting to me and exhibit professionalism. I felt really confident in allowing them to handle my vehicle. They took the time and sent a photo of where they discreetly and safely insert my keys as well as a photo of my vehicle at the designated location. I am well pleased and I greatly appreciate how I was taken care of.

I had a flat tire and called them for help because I got a flat tire in the middle of nowhere, and I couldn’t be more impressed with their service! They came out quickly, handled the tire change with professionalism, and had me back on the road in no time. What really stood out was how affordable the price was compared to other roadside assistance services I’ve used in the past. No hidden fees, just honest and reliable work.
Great towing service! He's local to where I live and I work further north west in Plano/Frisco. Called him both times my old and new car needed a tow by where I work and he was there promptly and kept me informed.

Couple of positive things with this company & staff:
1. We called for towing our car to 20 miles away. AAA told we get help in 45 minutes.
2. Mr Carlos from United Towing arrived in just 7 minutes.
3. Mr Carlos knowledgeable, friendly and made my life easy.
4. He fixed the flat tire instead of towing which is a hassle for me even though I have towing privileges'. I have saved couple of hours today.

They towed my car because they said I had no handicap placard on. When I got there to pick up my car, they made me pay almost $170 to get my car out. When I get to my car the placard was hanging up on the mirror. I went to go ask the receptionist and she said she could not give me a refund. That if I asked to see my car before paying to prove that it was there she would’ve let me. Then she said the trucker took pictures of the placard not there, then said she couldn’t show me the pictures because the manager was there until 9am. They are scamming people out of money. The apartments I got my car towed from, take $10 out my bank monthly for parking. They had no VALID reason to tow my car.

The treatment of the worker is the worst, she threw my passport at me and even raised her voice at me, she was a Mexican who said she didn't speak Spanish and then she told me "if you're here you should speak Spanish" He even called me a thief

My wife and I were stranded with a blown out tire on Christmas Night on the side of an interstate and were panicking as we could not get a hold of anyone to help. He was quick to get to us within 30 minutes, was extremely kind and helpful with our car, and drove us to the nearest tire shop. I called this company in the wee hours of the night because AAA had my husband stranded for 2 hours on the road but this man is Eric Hinton the owner of out east towing answered my call and IMMEDIATELY assisted me and my husband and was the sweetest most helpful VERY professional , honest towing service I’ve EVER experienced he came quick ,assisted even after arriving to drop the car off at our home his customer

I call them and asked if they could help me to pick up me and my family. They were quick to say yes and was on time. The driver was supernice and helpful. Refer me to mechanic that help me fix my tahoe and got me on my way the next day. Don't think twice call them first.

It was my first time asking for a towing service, Eric was helpful and made my experience great. Great service, friendly; would definitely recommend. Also, he was the only "24/7" company available at 6 a.m and came in around 30 minutes.
Out East Towing was able to Load and Transfer a 20ft shipping container for me. Driver was friendly and was able to work with my schedule. Container was unloaded right where I needed it placed. Would use again and would recommend to friends.
Out East Towing came to the rescue in a major way today! I literally had to wait 7 hours while rigorously awaiting other towing companies, but he made time for me! He went out of way his way to override certain aspects of the insurance/tow agreement to ensure my needs were accommodated.
