  During heavy flooding many tow companies in the area were overcharging and simply not responding. Polo's worked their hardest to get someone to me in a floodplain and get my vehicle out of area, to a shop, and did not take advantage of me with fee. Excellent company who actually cares.

  I had an amazing experience with this company. They were quick and effective, and I realized my vehicle was in capable hands. I called this organization and they help in 25 minutes or less. Such a lifeline considering I had never had a punctured tire and felt extremely vulnerable. I would like to highly recommend Polo's Towing to anyone.

  Great service for towing In the Plano area ! Quick service and safe handling of my car. it was super hot outside so while he was working offered to let me set in his ac truck. I would totally use him again.
