I was involved in a fender bender on the freeway during rush hour and urgently needed a tow truck in Sugar Land, TX. This towing company responded quickly and made the entire process smooth. Their customer service was excellent, and they handled everything from start to finish.
Capital Tow towed my brand new 2025 Acura Integra and caused serious damage to both the right and left rear lower control arms due to improper towing. I had the vehicle inspected by the certified Acura dealership, which confirmed the damage were directly correlated with incorrect towing. The repair estimate came out to $1,032.80.
Despite this, Capital Tow denied responsibility and claimed the car was returned in the same condition it was in before the tow, which is simply not true. My car began making unusual noises after the tow, and as a new vehicle, there were no prior issues. I’m extremely disappointed not only by the damage done to my brand new vehicle, but by Capital Tow’s complete lack of accountability and unwillingness to make it right. Rather than investigate the issue fairly, they denied my claim without sharing the so-called "evidence" they reviewed. This shows a clear lack of professionalism, transparency, and customer care.
This experience has been incredibly frustrating, and I would caution others to be very wary of doing business with them. I would give them 0 stars if I could.

Stole my car and then damaged the front of my vehicle and tried to lie about it. I take photos and video of this vehicle every time I park it for the day since it’s a rental and these idiots not only stole it saying it was ‘illegally parked” when it was not. It was parked in my space at my apartment complex and registered but they also damaged the front. Looks like it’s from their idiot driver backing into it.

What a jerk the guy that gave me a quote for a towing service. He asked me how much are you looking to spend and I replied I founded a better qoute for $150 instead of the $195 he wanted to charge me. He just laughed, told me good luck and hang up the phone. Worst towing company I have ever used. Horrible communication you will be taken advantage of 110% sure. A car was winched off a flatbed trailer and dropped at the location they charged $400.

I had a transmission issue with my car and needed to have it towed to the shop. I made an appointment and the driver showed up on time, as promised, in a freezing rain storm. He smiled and was friendly the entire time, even though he had to get completely wet (my car was sitting in a huge puddle). After dropping off the car at the shop, he called me to tell me he had noticed a screw in one of my tires, and he wanted to make sure I had it taken care of. Very good experience, and will definitely be using their services again.
That was my first time that i had to use a tow service in my life, I broke down on the side of the HWY, I was really mad, I thought I am going to spend hours on that, I called this guys within 25 min there technician was on site, after another 15 min the car was loaded and within 30 min i was at home eating dinner, they guy was really professional and kind , seems like he knew what he was doing. The price was fair, I hope I wont need to use this kind of services again but if ill need, ill definitely use them again.

The person who answered the phone when i called was really friendly... They're Very on time... Fast and efficient... Reasonable price; they were very careful with my car.
