The people that run this place are just rude for no reason. If you don't have to come in here I suggest you don't. The lady up front lacks customer interaction skills. She doesn't value your time at all. The guy that brought out a Harley I was transporting today. He picked it up by one handlebar side and the exhaust. There are so many other places to buy bikes that I would avoid this place like the plague.
Visited while in town for a work function. Fun place that is unique and unexpected, but in all the best ways. If you’re into the automotive/motorcycle world, there is a plethora of vehicles that are in the various stages of recovery and is fascinating. We had a catered meal here with a bunch of activities to do indoors, but the outdoor seating are was perfect for a September evening.
Staff on hand was awesome, we’re loving the shirts we got from here!

Front desk woman is so rude I will be calling cooperate on her! She was very rude to me and another guy she also doesn’t like to help or answer questions at all!
Very rude and uninviting with zero customer service. Stopped in to look around and they were very off putting when we walked in the door. We turned around and walked out.

I said I was new to the auctions and would like some information on how to bid.After payment of 59.00 i wasn't able to bid on anything. I was told i had to put a 200 dollar deposit down. I bid on a 175.00 item and end up winning it at 200.00......then i get a price tag of 485.00 .....When i called them back,the people laughed at me,then told me to read the fine print. Rude place to do business with. I strongly suggest not spending with this company. Also said it would cost me 600 to relist the item if i wanted to back out
If you call and ask a question apparently it’s wrong because the guy cuts you off from what you’re saying to say “what’s your question” and then doesn’t even let you finish your question. If you don’t want to talk on the phone then let someone else answer the phone! Didn’t mean to waste 30 seconds of your life.
Private auto auction, must be a member to review stock and bid. I would suggest a policy change to allow non-members to review stock and then pay the fees to become a member and bid, if they desired.
The staff and the place is amazing. For individuals who dont have a dealers license, like myself, to buy bikes with good titles you are pretty much left with bikes for scraps to buy. Copart offers brokers that you cant get in touch with and also charge premiums to use their services.
Friend got a bike. Key was broken in the ignition which was not advertised. Bike was 1800, extra fees were over 500 not including the title. Mixed feelings. Could find great deals but I would look physically before bidding.

cool facility, 90 percent of bikes are trash. hidden fees like you wouldn't believe and the staff is a joke. this copart facility will continue to hemorrhage money until they get a GM that actually knows what they're doing.
Crashedtoys Dallas is unlike anything you've ever seen! The staff is amazing, kind, and very nice. The facility is huge and packed with atvs, motorcycles, side by sides, and many other things. The place is spotless and has a nice and chill atmosphere. They even had a live band in there! I drove from Houston to Dallas just to buy from them and I will do it again. I was a little late for pickup but they still helped me with no issues at all. Love this place all the way round and i will go back!
Most awesome groovy cool place! We brought our dogchilden out for the Bark and Bike festivities and had a blast! Everyone was friendly and helpful. It was our first time and we thought it might be all hoity toity but it wasn't; just good folks! The prices for food and drinks were fair and the dogs had complimentary water bowls and wading pools. The Boneyard even had lots of shade and misting fans! There was free pool and pinball, too! Very family friendly!
