Would definitely recommend coming here for your automotive needs. Staff was extremely friendly and they had me in an out in 15 minutes with the part I needed.
Waste of time. Called in advance to confirm correct parts. Check availability and they confirmed. Got there and waited an hour and everything was wrong color, damaged, or didn't have it.
I had to look for at least 2 weeks for this light and couldn’t find until came across A2Z auto parts they have pretty cool stuff around and any part you guys need. Very affordable and quality parts.
Called for a part and had 1 person answer me nicely and told me I would get a call back if they find the part I needed. Got the call back from what sounded a older male and I asked one question which was “does it come with warranty in case it doesn’t work” he told me “no come look at them and find out “ and then hanged up the phone. Not sure what type of customer service this is but I needed the part but at this point I’ll just do business somewhere else .
Came in with a broken bumper almost falling off after hitting a big pothole. It was fixed and ready to go in less than 15 minutes. Excellent service. God bless this business.
I recommend avoiding this company. It’s been three weeks since I ordered a bumper. I cashed and he offered to send it that day if I’d pay an extra $150. He didn’t have the bumper that I ordered so he tried up selling. He doesn’t advertise that he’s selling out of stock parts. He then blames me for not setting a better expectation as to when my project needed the bumper. Frankly that isn’t his business. I order. Parts suppliers send the part. I guess that I didn’t realize that I should let the ospreys store know how much I need the part when I order. I guess three weeks is an average timeframe for this guy? Worst of the worst to deal with. Very unprofessional. Avoid this business
I recently visited A 2 Z part yard and had a fantastic experience! The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, helping me find exactly what I needed for my car. The selection of parts was impressive, and everything was well-organized, making it easy to locate what I was looking for. Terrible customer service. Came in to pick up an order placed by telephone beforehand. Spoke briefly with the guy behond the counter and he informed me that one of the employees here would be with me in a minute. However, 20 minutes later, not ONCE did anyone acknowledge my presence.
Garbage location and garbage place, they put online everything, but when you come here, you got wait so much time, and then they bring to you broken parts even with big holes in it, and they say it's good parts, and if you see something online it's not guarantee they have it. So, why they working here if they not responsible people. If I can, I will give them 0. Never come back again, stooped place!!!
