I called and had a very professional and hassle free experience. The price I was given on the phone is the one I paid when the vehicle was dropped off at the service shop. The driver Juan was very professional and careful with the vehicle from the time called to confirm eta up to final drop off. I have definitely saved their number on my contacts and will call them again if I’m in need of a tow truck again. 10/10
As cars sometimes do, I had a breakdown yesterday….twice. Yeah, it was one of those days. I called KB Towing and they were on-site to pick up my truck in 30 minutes. Juan was courteous and very helpful. Then, my truck broke down again that afternoon. Called KB and they were happy to tow my truck to local auto shop I use 60 miles away! Adam and his team are great! Reasonable prices too.
Was having a rough day and just to make matters worse, I locked myself out of my car during my lunch break.. but then here comes KB Towing to save the day. I called and the driver arrived quickly, opened my car super fast, and I was able to go back to work on time! Customer service was great and driver was very professional. Affordable too! Can not more strongly recommend. I had a classic truck wedged in tighter than contraband kiestered by a CO. Juan pulled that old heifer out with not a scratch on her. They've got me right three times now and they will always have my business.

First time ever using KB Towing. The tow truck driver was great. Seamless interaction. Called, they gave me an estimate and the driver was to me in about 35 minutes. It took him about 10 minutes to hook my car up and had it to my repair shop in about 20. The price was very reasonable. Would definitely use them again. Their number is now in my contacts just in case I need them again.
KB did a great job towing my car. The driver was very experienced and expertly loaded my car onto the truck. They communicated with me on the driver’s ETA and kept me informed throughout the towing process. If I ever need a tow, I will call LB again.
We contacted KB Towing to have one of our work vans transported to Dallas for service. They responded promptly and even met me to pick up the key as the pickup location was out in Gainesville. They were friendly professional and very reasonably priced.

Really great customer service!! After I was bamboozled by another company who made me wait 4 hours and never showed, roadside assistance dispatched KB Towing and he came within 10 minutes. The driver even offered to drop my car off to the dealer, left the key in the drop box for me and updated me with text and photos. Amazing

My tire basically exploded on the freeway and the closest exit was the on ramp to the 75 freeway. I pulled over in the shoulder lane of the on ramp and called this tow company. The dispatcher was professional and quickly put in my request. A tower called me within minutes to confirm my location and let me know how long they would be before arrival. I loved that they kept in contact with regarding the time line. Amazingly Juan arrived in 10 minutes and was very nice. He quickly put my car on the truck and towed me to a safe location. I was very scared sitting on the on ramp. I appreciate him for arriving so quickly and being so kind and willing to help. A few hours later the tow company followed up with me to ensure I was towed to my requested location. I highly recommend. Thanks so much!!
I’ve had my car towed by this business 2-4 times now. They are very competent, great customer service, friendly/polite staff/dispatch, and everyone seems to have integrity. Each time, I received a call when my car was picked up & a call/photo when my car was towed & dropped off. Not to mention, their pricing is much better than other Dallas Towing Companies! Fast & reasonable pricing. Called other places around town first and KB Towing was the one with the most reasonable price and the one that would get to me fastest. I can’t remember my drivers name but he was very attentive and made sure everything was done properly and without damaging my car.
Great experience. My vehicle was disabled after an accident. I wanted it towed to a collision repair service 68 miles from the scene of the accident. The tow truck got to my location in less than 20 minutes during Dallas peak traffic time. He was very courteous and loaded my vehicle quickly. He called me when he arrived at the repair shop to let me know that they received my vehicle and it was secure. Great service and would highly recommend!
I was stuck in a parking garage. One tow truck driver stranded me, called multiple other companies and they declined the call. One company tried to charge an outrageous amount to tow .3 miles. When I called KB Towing they were very kind, courteous, and came so quick for Dallas traffic. I would use them again if I ever get in a bind. Adrian was so professional, had great communication, was very kind and quick. I knew my car was in great hands. He even sent me pictures of it being dropped off. If you are in need of towing I would recommend using!!!
This towing company was very efficient and professional from the very start. The quote was exactly what it actually cost without extra charges being added once they serviced you. The tow driver Adam g very knowledgeable and eased my stress about my wrecked vehicle. He answered all of my questions and was very patient. He took great care in towing the car.
