I had 2 flat tires. My driver was on time, patient, and friendly. And he took care of me and my car and got me to the tire shop. But whoever I talked to on the phone said it would be $150. I clarified to make sure it would only be $150. And they said yes. But there was an additional $90 for when my driver got to me. I did not like that. Be thorough and honest. It was an expensive day for me for sure.

I wish I could give them zero stars. They lied about the price. I asked them for the amount over the phone. It’s not hard to give a better quote then they did. Ended up being way more then quoted. Would’ve recommend them to my worst enemy. They driver was great and very quick.
Service was good and the driver was very nice. The only issue we’re the fees charged. I think that $220 was exorbitant, I would’ve preferred it to be under $150 for the distance and ease of accessibility to my vehicle. It’s a quick scoop and drop off.
Find a different towing company!! My BMW 335i broke down on the side of the highway in Dallas. I called and told the guy that I was shopping around and was interested in a quote. He quickly gave me the numbers and immediately proceeded to ask for my debit/credit card info. I asked him to slow down and break down the charges multiple times just to be clear. He tells me that the charges would include a hookup fee of $59 dollars, $65-95 depending on the difficulty of the tow, and then $4 a mile. I said ok and gave him my information. I got the tow and my car was taken to a local BMW shop without any issues. When we get there, the tech gives me a completely different price than what i was quoted. I asked for a breakdown of the charges and he said $59 for hookup, $95 for the "difficult tow" (max amount even though we were just on the shoulder of the highway), $4/mile for 14 miles, and THEN mentions a new highway fee of $35. I explain to him that I was NEVER told about this fee even after asking the towing representative for a detailed breakdown of the charges. The tech then tells me to call them back and deal with them so I did all while sitting there in this guy's tow truck. The customer representative tells me that he'd send our call recording to the driver. So we're in the tow truck listening through this techs car speakers to the actual recording of the call. NEVER did he once mention a $35 "highway" fee. The tech then changes his story and argues with me anyway, saying that he risked his life trying to tow my car and that tows don't come cheaper than this. He keeps on and tells me that anyone else wouldn't have gotten to me as fast as he did. I told him that I was okay with all of the prices that I was given and quoted (EVEN for the "difficult" $95 tow fee that was supposed to be between a range of $65-95). The one thing i was not okay with was the random $35 "highway" fee. TBH, i don't care about the $35 but it's the principle of it all. My car is still hooked up on the tow trailer and I was given a new price. It was like my car was being held for ransom. Pay this or you don't get your car back. Really? I try to refrain from leaving bad reviews, but I would hate for anyone to go through this situation especially someone with incoming expenses for car repairs like me in this situation. AWFUL!! FIND SOMEONE ELSE TO TOW YOUR CAR!!
Called to request services, and as any client would do they want to know what they are paying for. I spoke to one very rude gentleman who was rushing me and wasn’t keen to explain what it is that was covered in the first initial $59 they were to charge me, asked him to explain better to were I can understand what the fees and extra they will charge once driver is dispatched, he clearly said I’m not going to repeat myself and hung up. What a way to serve your clients. Don’t even waste your time. Customer service is everything
I rarely leave a review but had such exceptional service today, Jimmy picked up my car very quickly, was very professional, and before he hooked up my car, did a diagnosis on it! Very knowledgeable and courteous. I was about a mile from my destination and was going to walk, but he gave me a ride (which saved me from walking through a very seedy part of town).
He then headed off to take my 4Runner to the shop, and as he did, I realized I had left my coffee in the cab of the truck. I wrote it off and went inside, not knowing he had circled around to bring it to me! He called a few times and left a message that he had left it on my friend's truck bed, where I found it a few minutes later. Jimmy made a bad situation much easier to deal with. Thank you Jimmy. I appreciate the extra mile you went to help me out today, literally. :)

Very professional, I spoke with Javier and he was very helpful and understanding, after having a ruff day, he really made my day much better, they did not take long to come and pick up my car, also asked them if they can send me a flat bed truck since my car is very low, and they sure did send the truck I requested, I highly recommended , I will use this Towing service for future. thank you guys y'all sure did a great job, even the driver very nice and friendly.
The driver was very friendly however I was told that he would give me a call 10 minutes after I called tow riders which he did not. I called them 30 minutes after my initial call to check on the driver at which point the phone operator was able to get in touch with him. I was told that it would take 30 min for the tow driver to arrive, however it took an hour after my initial phone call which was a little disappointing. I thought the phone operator was very professional and had offered excellent customer service. They explained to me that the service call would be $55 dollars and the tow would cost $35- $65 dollars depending on the difficulty of the tow. I was told and ask them to verify to me that I would pay a max of $120.
The overall service from the initial call to the entire towing experience in my opinion was excellent, however I ultimately felt very dissatisfied by the pricing. My car was parked in my apartment complex and the battery died so it would not start. I was towing it half a mile to the auto shop because I couldn't get the battery out to change it myself. The driver put the car in neutral and rolled it out of the spot to put it on the flatbed(which took less than a minute). When I got the bill the driver had charged me $65 dollars plus an additional $20 dollars for labor. Altogether I paid $140 dollars to have my ford focus towed half a mile. I felt completely taken advantage of. I don't see why my tow would have warranted the $65 dollars tow fee(as opposed to $35) plus an additional $20 dollars for the little push he gave it.
I had them tow my non-running car that was up under carport and had not been started or moved in 5yrs. Tires were flat. Required airing up all 4 tires and pushing car uphill and into alley. Driver did exactly as I asked and didn't fuss much. Did try to upsell on dollies to get entire car off ground but that was an additional $80 and I declined because I really couldn't afford it. Car had to go in a rear driveway at destination off an alley. Somewhat of a tight squeeze. Driver got it EXACTLY where I wanted it, and perfectly straight. Very happy with this company. Will use again. Price was reasonable. Not cheap but not expensive and when it was all said and done the quote they had given me over the phone was accurate! And there was no damage done to my vehicle despite low clearance front bumper. He used a jack to make sure my bumper cleared the arm on the tow truck when hooking and unhooking. He also drove carefully on the 5 mile trip which I appreciated very much. Very pleased.
The tow man was excellent, punctual, and polite. That being said, the man on the phone said the mileage few would only be $65 max on top of the initial $55 fee if it was within city limits. He failed to mention that there was a 10k limit within the city before additional mileage cost would be added on. I had already told him my beginning location at the beginning of the call and after he explained the pricing I ask if the $65 dollar fee would be the max I would pay for the distance and he said yes. Pretty annoying for rhe bill to be $80 more than I expected.
Stuck in an horrible situation, your company took little time to understand and assist my problem. Once i called i prompt to a helpful dispatcher that for the life of me i cannot remember his name however i had no problem in communication with the sir who mad my problems obsolete. In little time the truck driver called and told me he was on his way. I appreciate all the notifications your company kept me with. Other companies have you waiting with no remorse and i just love your customer service!
