The service was incredible—super punctual and fast! I had an accident in my Tesla, and honestly, moving that car is difficult, but they made everything so quick and easy. From getting it out of my garage, which is a bit narrow, to taking it to the Tesla repair shop where I had my appointment, they handled it all seamlessly. They arrived at my house on time and got to the appointment on time as well. Honestly, this is an emergency contact that everyone should have saved on their phone. I loved the service!
Dallas Towing & Recovery is an amazing towing company. It’s starts off with dispatch. She keeled me updated during the entire towing process and was very sweet. The tow truck driver was fast and very professional. If I’m ever stranded on the road again I will definitely call them again. I am now a lifetime customer.
Impecable service and professionalism. My "predicament" required two-tow vehicle types and team work. The hand off went extremely smooth, with one driver directing traffic as the other loaded onto his vehicle from the other.

The service was spectacular. I called dispatch and they were nice and friendly. I told them my issue and they sent a driver really quick. The whole process was super fast and easy. Plus they had a Zelle option if you don’t have cash, which was a big plus. I definitely recommend them 100%

I was involved in a traffic accident that was not my fault!! I got hit in the head, the guy from the tow truck charged me 150 dollars from the beginning of the street to my street, and Gas parked my car upside down in the direction of traffic, I called them today that they will turn the car upside down for me and the girl Bullfone tells me it's also your fault that you didn't tell him. Was I straight after an accident with a blow to the head? I ask where is your logic? You received 150 dollars and did not park the car according to the law??? Really what a good service? A big disappointment. It's a shame that the Dalles police work with such an irresponsible and inhumane company!!!

Usually towing company's are hit or miss. However, Dallas Towing & Recovery was AWESOME!! They were prompt, careful when loading my vehicle and delivery. Satisfied Repeat Customer. Blown motor on my F-150, Dallas Towing took it from Dallas to Ft.W and back and finally to McKinney. Now trust them with my GT350, they are worth the money then to limp my car with a bad clutch to the shop.
Fast and efficient! I was expecting to wait longer, and the tow truck arrived sooner than expected! The driver was very nice and respectful! The receptionist who took my phone call was highly professional! I am very pleased and thankful!
How this towing company has 5 stars I have no clue. I had scheduled a tow from them at 9am on 10/16. I was advised that in 1-1.5 hours someone will be out there to pick up the truck. No one showed up until 4pm. Once they showed up, the guy mentions he won’t be able to make it to our terminal by 5pm. I was advised that following morning at 8am-8:30am they will come up to the terminal to make delivery. The truck did not get to the terminal until 10am.
I extremely disappointed with the level of professionalism with this towing company. Not once did anyone update me what was going on. I had to constantly call these guys back and forth to get any sort off communication.

I used Dallas Towing to Assist with loading a Semi at an auction in Dallas. They had a reasonable rate, they were cheaper than the other options in the area and they provided excellent customer service. The wrecker showed up on time and was willing to call the truck driver to meet up so they could get the semi loaded. A++++ Service! I Would definitely recommend this company to everyone. It's the holidays and most places we're closed today, as I was calling all over to try to get help for my vehicle. They sent someone out and were there in no time. They were Very courteous and polite. They more than accommodated for everything I needed. If I'm ever in a rough situation again I will call them first and put my mind at ease.
I had an incredible great experience with Dallas towing. A 20-ton dump truck drove into a low spot on my property and couldn't get out. We tried using another 20-Ton dumptruck to pull him out, but nothing work. I called about 8 towing companies and got VM's and long wait times. Then I called Dallas Towing & Recovery and within 15-minutes they had a driver on the way to my property. The woman handling the matter in the office had exceptional customer service skills and very communicative. The driver came out and he was extremely careful as he checked and re-checked each step for safety. This was near maximum capacity for his 25-Ton winch because the truck was in a low spot and sunk in. But using 3 cables he was successful. In the end they charged me less than the estimate. Every towing company should use this feedback as part of their training module for their team members. Definitely, a 5-star company!
I needed my car picked up and towed to the dealership. They were here within an hour even with all of the rain. They were extremely professional, and promised to relay the message of my concern to the service techs at the dealership about starting the car upon delivery. I would certainly use them again!

I had a truck down in Houston needing to get to Dallas. NOBODY in Houston would help. I reached out to Dallas tow and recovery and within 4.5 hours they were in Houston getting our truck and our driver. You won’t find any better services than this!!
Absolutely outstanding! I broke down on the side of I-30 and needed a tow. Carlos showed up and went right to work getting me hooked up. I was loaded with fragile freight so I looked for a company with a high rating to get me and my load to a shop safely, and I was not disappointed. Carlos drove with great care to the shop and even dropped me at a hotel on his way back. This is the type of service that is difficult to find nowadays. If you're in need of a tow, make sure you call these guys!
