I wish I could leave zero stars. Rude, horrible communication, does not respond to messages or return phone calls. Save yourself the time and money and go with someone else. You will thank me later.
I had a flat tire and was somewhat panicked since it was dark and I couldn’t pull off in a good location. Once I made the call, the dispatcher put me to ease. They put in the call to the service tech. Right away the tech (Johnny) called me to let me know he was in route to my location. The service is professional yet they still take care of the issue fast. They accept credit card or cash on the spot. They can also text or email you the receipt. I would suggest this service to anyone in need. Thank you again for helping me!

Terrible customer service. Sat in an abandoned lot for two hours and they never showed up. Service agents were rude when I called back. Absolutely unacceptable. Call anyone but this company.
Yesterday I had car trouble and needed emergency roadside assistance. I called A Plus Towing to have my Honda Accord towed to an auto repair shop after we determined that I needed more than just minor auto repairs after a sudden fender bender. The tow truck driver had an outstanding accident scene response time, was very friendly and had my car set up fast. Reasonable prices and helpful advice. Great job.
These guys are great. Did a price match with no problem (after seeing the reviews, I wanted to go with them so I asked up front) and gave me a great price. Came out in a timely manner and was very friendly. Highly recommended.
I called because my car had a flat tire. The lady I spoke to got upset with me because I couldn’t hear her and asked her to speak louder. I attempted to call back to ask for pricing. My number was blocked. I called with another line (in which i recorded because I know I wasn’t going crazy) and she picked up. I asked her why she said because she “has the right the ignore my call”
DONT CALL THESE PEOPLE IF YOU ARE IN DIRE NEED OF HELP. THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU.
If you want poor customer service, and pay more than what other towing companies chsrge, this is the one. If not, save yourself the headache and call someone else. They did not show up on time, and whem I called to cancel before they showed up because somebody was able to get my car going again, they wanted to charge me $75! Do not give you credit card number over the phone!
Randy saves the night! At first I called him he said it'll take an hour based on what he was doing & where he was coming from. So then I told him I'll call him back if I got any other help that way he's not left behind on new updates. So I then found the tools I needed so I called him back gave him a update & tried working on the car myself. Well little that I know, the puny little stock car jack was worthless to begin with it bent so I called him back. I told him what went wrong & said he'll be on his way again. He showed up in a great amount time, this time he was closer than initially when I called for roadside assistance. He comes in a hero & left a hero. I highly recommend Randy at A Plus Towing! Thank you once again, sir!
