Horrible service. They do not tell you that they are a third party and contract out services. They charged me 250 dollars when I could have paid half the amount straight to the tow company that helped me. They are scammer
Tried to illegally tow my car. It was parked in a normal spot, in the lines, no handicap or hourly signage, not reserved - just a simple, normal parking spot. Got there right before the wheel lift got under my car and the driver demanded to see my insurance before she would let me leave. I said I was going to call the police and she moved. Predatory company!
I see the owner arguing with other 1 star reviews saying they're fake. This tow truck was definitely carrying your name and phone number, it was black and silver. I didn't think to get the license plate. If someone is out there doing this with your equipment, and without your knowledge, it's your responsibility to stop it.
Absolutely Reckless and Dangerous – Avoid at All Costs! Date: June 18th, 2025

Today I witnessed one of the most dangerous and irresponsible drivers I’ve ever seen, a driver operating under AA&E Towing. The truck was weaving in and out of traffic, tailgating vehicles, cutting off cars at high speeds, and generally driving like a complete maniac. This wasn’t just careless. It was life-threatening! The driver nearly caused multiple wrecks in heavy traffic, putting countless people at risk.
I followed the truck long enough to capture clear footage on both my front and rear dash cams, showing the erratic and dangerous behavior in full. I am currently turning that footage over to the police for review and possible charges of reckless driving and endangerment.
Whoever was behind the wheel today should be fired immediately. If this was the owner of the company, then this business should be boycotted and investigated. There is no excuse for this kind of behavior on public roads, especially from a commercial towing company that is supposed to be professional and safety-conscious.
I will also be emailing the company directly, and I encourage others to come forward if they’ve experienced similar dangers. I will be updating this review with video and photo evidence soon.
AA&E Towing is a serious public safety hazard. If this company doesn’t take immediate action, they should be held legally and financially responsible for whatever tragedy their recklessness might cause in the future.
I have posted video footage where you can clearly see the truck approaching me at a dangerously high rate of speed. He came up fast and passed me within mere inches of my car, which is absolutely, 1000% reckless in a truck that size!!!! It’s a miracle he didn’t cause a collision right then and there. This footage is being turned over to the police so a formal report can be filed. I want there to be a record on file in case this company is involved in future incidents. This level of recklessness cannot go unreported. The front camera also shows the driver swerving in and out of lanes and dodging cars in an erratic, almost manic manner. It’s very possible that the driver was intoxicated, but on what, I can only imagine.
UPDATE (June 19th): Thank you to AA&E Towing for your response and for reviewing the situation and taking action. I sincerely appreciate your willingness to address this issue. If you provide a follow-up confirming what actions were taken regarding the reckless driver, I will strongly consider removing or revising this review. This issue is very personal to me, as I am disabled because of a driver just like this one. I spent seven months in the hospital and lost both of my legs due to someone’s reckless decisions behind the wheel. It deeply concerns me when I see behavior like this go unchecked. I hope this situation leads to real accountability and safer roads for everyone.
The driver came to tow my car for repairs. Not only did he damage my garage but also hit our fencing on the way in. Immediate denial of any liability saying “we’re not responsible for damages to your property”. His winch ended up breaking and couldn’t tow my car at all. Said he’d send for another truck but it never came.
I’m giving this business the chance to contact me and resolve this privately. If not, I will be seeing them in claims court.
I used their towing services twice on the same day in January and my card was charged for both instances but Gabriel, the driver, charged my husband $100 in cash after dropping off the car. I called them and asked them to refund my card and they didn't. I tried disputing it with my CC company and they denied my claim. 0 Stars for not resolving this issue. Be weary of this company and how you process your payment. My phone died after a long day of dealing with a stranded car and my husband was unable to verify with me if the service had been paid for but the driver asked for a cash payment. He could've verified and dispatch should've told him it was paid already.
This is the best tow truck company I have ever dealt with in my entire adult life and I am 55. I will definitely pass this number and information out to every Transportation over the road truckers regular passenger vehicle owners that I know.
The person who assisted me with getting all the details and getting my Tow scheduled was amazing. Her name is Alex. I will never forget this lady. She was an amazing customer service representative of that company five stars for Alex five stars for the service. Everything went smooth and very well thank you guys so much.

Yesterday my truck broke down. I looked up “wrecker near me” and these guys popped up. Absolutely the best experience a person could have in this situation. The woman that took my call, A1 !!! Very polite and courteous. Then the wrecker driver pulls up shortly after my call. I rode with him to my place after he loaded my truck.
Super polite guy. I only wish I could remember his name. I don’t leave many reviews but this company definitely deserves the little bit of time it takes to do so. They deserve it! Thanks for helping me out yesterday.
Stephen was a huge help for me today. My car although previously dead, started as soon as he showed up! Not quite trusting this stroke of seemingly good luck, I asked him to follow me for a bit which he kindly agreed to. In less than a couple of minutes the car suddenly and spectacularly died in the middle of the road! Stephen was able to load my car onto his tow truck & deliver my car to the dealership right away. An all around nice guy.
AA&E towing was responsive to our needs when we were stranded with a dead EV battery. And they did a careful and good job of towing it from a fairly difficult parking lot ti a charging station. The technician/driver , however either did not have a fully charged 12volt charger or did not let it charge on our vehicle long enough. So we had to leave the car at the charging station overnight. Next morning we obtained a charger from Walmart, got it charged up, and the 12 volt took the charge immediately. We are now getting the dead battery charged and will be on our way soon. Just wish we had been able to get on the road last night.

Overall one of the best towing experiences I have had! That had the quickest response time estimate out of multiple other companies I called. They got me hooked up and dropped off ahead of schedule. Definitely recommend AA&E.
I called them around 11:30 PM last night needing a tow on the freeway because a pick up truck had dropped his spare tire and it damaged mine and three other vehicles. My car was undrivable and I was trying to find somebody who could come help me without asking for $200+ and when I called a nice woman answered and she was very patient and kind, I was able to get towed within 30 minutes and the tow truck driver was kind too and told me everything was okay while I was sobbing looking at my car. 10/10 would recommend they only charged me 140 which is way better than everywhere else I tried calling.
I called for a jump was given a fantastic eta. The Driver Esteban had excellent communication skills, customer service skills is very professional. Showed up within 10 minutes after I called in and gave me an eta of an hour. He gave me a jump. I highly recommend this driver and this company tow anyone
These guys are a blessing, I was stuck out in the cold 15 miles from home with only $60 to my name. I called and talked to Ested and man this guy made it happen for me. He sent Doug Smith and the guy was professional and very understanding of my situation, he got me hooked up and home in under 30 min. If anyone ever needs help just give these guys a call!
