Extremely unorganized, unprofessional, and rude. Waited 4 hours yes 4 hours for a radiator, everyone else that came after me, got serviced first and they won’t short staffed plenty of workers, called in advance for the part.
I was told a transmission was ready waiting. I got there and had to wait an hour and a half to get the transmission. When I got it, it looked like it just got pulled. Pulled the pan off, and it is full of shaving. Hopefully it works. I was told 1 price and paid more when I got there. Torque converter was not in transmission
Fantastic!! They have helped me a lot and they stand behind what they sell you. I sell used vehicles and I use this place a ton to get parts. I've gotten everything from transmissions to fuel pumps and everything in between. They will do what they can to make it right just be patient they do get busy and have to wait sometimes.
