Driver contacted me to confirm vehicle pickup time and also with an estimated time of arrival when he was enroute. He was on time and had all the paperwork ready to execute showing consideration of my time. Every aspect of the transaction from my first call to the towing of the vehicle was courteous and professionally handled.
The driver was incredible and helped me with the process. We were able to keep our tires and donate them to a family business. They came quickly and helped us get rid of the car in-front of our house. Special shoutout to Anthony for being professional and quick!
Well it was a pleasure doing business with this company I've sold a few cars and every time has been good all besides one driver that doesn't know nothing about towing he had pulled up to pick up a Dodge van and backed all the way up to it like touching the van with the truck but called dispatch and told them that the ground was to soft for him to do his job because he wanted to turn the van around so that the front goes on first well I had to wait for a day for a real driver to get the job done all he had to do is pick it up and move it and put it back down and get in front of it and pick it back up but he doesn't want to work laziest driver ever but anyways thank you to the last driver zach he was awesome thank you so much

After losing my $27,000 Porsche Panamera 2010 4S I thought that was the worst of the damage done to me. What was waiting for me was just another gut punch by this so-called cash for cars company which is a complete joke. I recommend going absolutely anywhere else other than this company as I had gotten t-boned in my driver side door with everything else still intact mechanically and they gave me the lowest offer after spending time wasted talking to them that I could even imagine. They practically offered me pennies on the dollar for a vehicle that I had unfortunately lost. If you want to get rid of your expensive car for $400 then contact this place. Otherwise I recommend going anywhere else
Beware! I needed to salvage my car and shopped around for a good place with the highest price for my car. After some looking this place had originally offered $321 for my car but soon raised it to $430! I took them up on the offer as it was the highest around but soon realized I was being mislead. After taking the deal I waited for the tow company to call me, which took a couple days until I called the office and they told me that the paperwork was never sent by their third party. They then told me that I had to call the third party and have them send the papers! The next day I had a call from the tower and placed a schedule for the evening. However the tower (much understandably) had to cancel that schedule. But the two other rescheduled meetings were also canceled last minute. Eventually the office assigned a new tower that met me the next morning. And the tower only offered $300 for my car! He claimed that the catalytic was third party however the car had never had and replacement of that part! In short I was mislead, lowballed, and forced to do their work!

This company helped me get rid of a car that I just could not have money to fix. When my wife and I got out of Bankruptcy the financial company we used for the car weren’t even helpful in contacting us in claiming the vehicle while we were in bankruptcy. Without a title to the car weren’t owned we got a nice deal. I just hope someone could use the cars parts.

Called to have a car removed from my drive way that had caught on fire, it didn't even have the rear wheels on it. But willy showed up less than an hour after I called and was super nice. Hooked up the car no problem, gave me some cash, signed the paper and it was done. Really hassle free and convenient. Would definitely recommend them!
