Very fast and friendly. I needed a tow at 2AM and he answered my call. I went through ten different companies who said they were 24 hours but weren’t answering.
No one likes being stuck on the side of the highway with a blown tire, but sometimes it happens and today that was my Saturday afternoon. I had a spare tire, but unfortunately not the tool required to take off my locked lugnuts. I let my AAA expire so I called West Dallas towing to come help me out. Ibraham was friendly and courteous and showed up very quickly to tow me to the tire shop. What I really appreciated was his communication and his sense of urgency to get to me right away. I hope I don't need a tow again anytime soon, but I would call definitely call West Dallas Towing if I needed it!

This dude was hired to load a semi tractor, day cab. Demanded money to be paid to him while on the way. Money was sent, he just showed up, saw the unit, said "too big for me" and then left. Now he is playing dumb with refunding the money. Is that how he runs his business? He has some good reviews. Don't pay him a penny until the job is done.

I called several tow truck operators. I flew to Dallas from Florida, and I was on a time crunch to get a vehicle towed after my divorce. Not only was the driver quick and courteous, he assisted me in so many ways and was willing to wait until the police came as well. His price is reasonable. I would definitely recommend him.
