Israel came out and got me during morning rush hour in Dallas which could have been a nightmare. He was very professional, Courteous and got me outta there quick including helping me get to my destination. Texastows will be the only towing company I use from now on & I recommend them highly to anyone looking at these reviews.
THEY HAVE A STALKER WORKING HERE. I called to get a quote to where they were charging $340 for a tow of 8 miles. I hung up in his face and he proceeded to call me from his private number to harass me about hanging up in his face. Its giving STALKER! Mind you I NEVER cursed him out on the phone. DELUSIONAL
On time very nice and professional. I left my wallets in the car and they were nice enough to wait until I retrieve it to pay them. They didn't ask for payment until after the tow. Most towers want money up front then they don't care how they treat your car. I absolutely recommend these guys.
