Called and the guy not only rushed me off the phone as if he had better things to do, but had an attitude and asked me “did I want the tow or not”. Also told me “you aren’t listening to me”. I’ve had great tows and I have terrible ones. This is by far the worst tow company I’ve experienced but not just for a tow service but in general. They must be used to people calling in distress and feeling desperate and needed them. Apparently they feel like they have the upper hand when people call so they feel like they can treat them any way they want and get away with it. Shows a lot about a person or company when you call them and they feel you need them so they treat you like crap. Luckily I was home so it wasn’t an emergency! And then he had the auto ask for my credit card and the full payment upfront. I kindly said no thank you. Again, some tow services feel like you need them and are desperate because you are at a time of need. Shows a lot about a human being when they treat you that way. This company won’t be in hushed that much longer. The world had a away of filtering toxicity out of the environment, which is why we are seeing so many businesses go out of business now in America. This business should’ve never began in the first place.
Gama was super helpful, helped tow my truck out of a difficult position with no issues. He was fast and super helpful. Would recommend over any other tow companies in the area.
Don't even think of calling this company. I spoke to Isaac and him saying they will be out in 45 minutes to an hour is just a hook for you to accept the offer. They then take your credit card up front so you are forced to accept Lateness and Bad Service and Drivers that are NOT CARROLLTON DRIVERS but they have drivers come from Fort Worth??? Do not let the company name FOOL YOU. This Company is NOT LOCAL. I waited an hour and 1/2 for this Wrecker Driver to show up. The driver that showed up was not even with the company but was with ONE CALL TOWING and the numbers on the side of the Truck did not even match the company that I called? So Confusing. I expected better. Took me 2 days to get a receipt from them as well.
I was visiting someone at Carrollton Regional Hospital on Sunday. I came out to go home and my car would not start. I was given10-4 Tow's number by a friend and immediately called them. They had someone with me in less than 20 minutes. Courteous, professional and so kind. He got my car started and made sure I was safely on my way before he left. I am beyond happy with their business ethics. Although I hope it won't happen again, I wouldn't hesitate to call them if I needed help.

Very rude and disgusting customer service. Do not use this business. There are other companies in the area where the men on the phone are patient and listens to you. Instead of asking for me to hold, the disgusting individual placed me on an immediate hold and then when he got to the phone he asked sounded extremely frustrated and hung up, once I asked for services.

Got hung up on in the first 30 seconds while very politely trying to get some info on their towing deals. If this is normal for them I don't know how they're still in business. Do not reccomend.
I called 10-4 Towing and spoken with them, well I thought. When I called back to confirm my vehicle to be picked up. I was greeted by Tow Jam, with less than stellar reviews. Won’t use 10-4 Towing again
My car would not start and I called this towing company to take my car to a dealership in Plano. The guy said it would take about an hour before someone comes by and immediately wanted a credit card on file before someone came out. The charge he quoted me was $89.00 to tow my car. So the guy comes out an 1 & 1/2 later and said it was probably the battery and it was. So, I was charged $89.00 plus $49.00 for jump starting the car. Didn’t even tow the car was charged $138.00 to jump the battery. Wow. Please make sure you get upfront costs before you go with this towing company. I would not recommend them at all.
Called for pricing was told 89 dollar dispatch and 4 dollars per mile which was true but wasn’t told until invoicing that I was told there is also a 95 dollar loading fee 20 dollar card fee and additional 5% B.S. charge that made my initial roughly $165.00 tow $302.00 so I am far from happy
They quoted me $60 then charged me over $250 and the driver showed up in a truck with a different towing company name. Driver complained about having to back up my driveway then did it with no problem.
Never again- would not recommend unless you want to get lied to and ripped off.
called because I was stranded on the highway waited for a half hour for a call from the driver no response call back to find they had lost my information in that span of time do not call these clowns
