Santos Wrecker Service JunkYard in Balch Springs (TX)

Called for a lockout and the driver pulled up, claims to have called me and then drove off. I never got a call and actually requested to be updated through the app and they didn’t do that either. Horrible service and I have it on my driveway camera.

I've used them when calling AAA and there's always a delay between the ETA and the time they arrive. Also, when calling them on last night with AAA, a guy told me he could come back in the morning with my battery at 10 am and he never showed up.

As a dedicated driver and love my work this place goes far and beyond to treat each and every AAA member fair and with the most respect before and after service we try to make all members totally satisfied

Needed help changing a flat and was on the side of the highway at around 9 pm. I did have to call the number twice as the first time nobody picked up but after providing my information and location the gentleman arrived to my location in about 20 minutes and completed the job in about 5. Happy I was able to get the quick and efficient response which allowed me to be on my way.

When I called AAA for assistance with a flat tire, they sent Santos with his associate Nathan Pearson. Efficiency and speed, 100% recommended.

Needed to get a flat tire switched out with my spare( which was a little donut tire) at my home. Called my Triple AAA Service, which in the past has not referred me to dependable emergency road service companies . But, these people are all about courteous, efficient service . My Technician, Joseph Barrett was outstanding. He called & advised when he was on his way and answered his phone when I called him back with an unwarranted concern I had, reassuring me. He was a professional, friendly young man. I will call on them again for any future needs.

Isaac arrived very quickly, and I was on a country road with no businesses in the area. He was very polite and respectful. My tire was changed and I was on my way home within ten minutes. It was excellent service from start to finish.😀

Got hit head on by another car. Called triple A and literally within minutes Chuck pulled up and had my truck home 10 minutes later. Quick friendly service from Chuck. Thank you Yet again!! Santos to the rescue! It’s been about 4 months since my initial review and my friend broke down with a flat tire in Wilmer! They were there within 30 minutes and we had quick service! No problems! Great service the guy arrived within 20 min or maybe less after i call to request the service, he was friendly and very professional doing his job. I would definitely keep it in my contacts saved if i ever needed them again. Note: They are 24hr service not like other places that have 24/7 service and after calling they said they where not in service. I call about 12:30am

Watch out if you see these trucks. Have no problem going off the road to cut around traffic or cut you off. I’m glad that isn’t my car being towed.

Chuck T, was awesome. He was dispatched, with the help of AAA, another great service people are sleeing on. It was rainy and cold out tonight, but still, Chuck T, ensured my vehicle was loaded and towed with care. The drop off was also done with superior customer services. There was the slightest delay with the road conditions but he still delivered. 10 out of 10, I would recommend requesting service from Santos towing the next time you pick up the phone to call AAA to help in a pinch. Thank u Chuck T and thank u Santos towing for ur commitment to great customer service. Also thank u to AAA for coming through clutch with ur affordable membership pricing, I will never not have AAA.

Didn’t use them, but they came to tow my neighbors vehicle and they blocked my driveway for nearly 20 mins. Second encounter with this company. Sheesh, the drivers and or owners must be aggressive and irritable. Driver honking for no reasons

Santos came out when I called AAA about my corroded car battery. Rolando came to check the battery. He cleaned off the corrosion and jumped my car. Unfortunately, it would not jump, and when he saw it was a different issue, he helped me figure out how to get a tow from AAA and Santos his company. When the tow truck came, Paul was super kind and helpful. He dropped my car at my mechanic and put my keys in the drop box for me with the message I requested he provide to my mechanic. Their vehicles were clearly marked and their employees in uniform with safety reflectors which was great as they came to assist at night. Santos was timely, friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.

Paul was very excellent for my driver. I called my AAA. They told me they were going to be an hour till they were there. I ended up seeing Paul within 10 minutes very quick very long time very professional help me move my car in a very timely manner. Thank you again Paul I really appreciate it.

Chuck and Jose saved my life. They were very hard working, and kind . The fist Tow truck couldn't do anything. Chuck and Hose worked very hard and they didn't stop until they got my Car on the flat bed. Stirring column was locked and my spare key dint work.They didn't stop until they got my car home. My Hero's.

Nathan arrived to tow my vehicle within 15 minutes, got it loaded immediately with no issues and had a great attitude the whole time! Awesome guy, and awesome service.

Paul’s customer service is absolutely wonderful! He kept me informed from the moment he received my towing request through AAA until my car was delivered to it’s destination. Hands down one of the best towing companies I’ve utilized.

Called AAA at 8 pm tonight—is it me or have they gone soft? They left me stranded in a not so cool neighborhood for hours, waiting on Tow 4 You— finally they sent Santos Towing and Paul to my rescue. What an amazingly nice guy! Thank you all so much for your help!

Paul was excellent for service. I called my AAA towing. They told me it would be a 45 minute wait. I ended up seeing Paul within 10 minutes five stars.

Called AAA for a tow and Santos responded. First Maria in their office called to verify my car make/model so they could send the most appropriate truck. It arrived in less than half the time I was given by AAA and the driver was very courteous and professional. Great job!

I called AAA and they sent them out Pouring rain and Rodney was awesome! Took great care of my truck and was super nice and friendly! If I ever need to be towed again, I will try to have AAA send him out. He’s an example of great customer service

Simply AMAZING!!😁 Santos Wrecker Service was sent to me through AAA. We were in an unsafe location and a little scared. Rodney came so quick and rescued us. He allowed us to sit in his truck and get warm while he carefully lifted my vehicle on the wrecker. He was so friendly, professional and outstandingly quick. When I called AAA I was helped by Donald from Santos and he was so helpful !! My car was a little difficult to pick up because it didn’t roll and it was wrecked but he was as able to get it up and back down .. he was such a good tow man.

I had to write a review after the service we just received from Santos . They were sent to us through our AAA and Rodney called us personally and made sure we knew he was on his way . Very friendly and helpful even on a late Saturday night to come pull our truck from the mud. I highly recommend this company and Rodney ! Thanks again for the fast and courteous service .
