Quoted $25 plus a minimum of $39 to unlock my car “depending on model”. WHAT A JOKE! I had the top of the door pried out away from roof when the “tech” showed up. He said it would be $135. It took him 10 seconds to put a tool into the wide open top of the door and pull the knob up. I suppose if the door had opened itself, i MIGHT have qualified for the “minimal” payment. They LIED about the quote. And I’m sure they will “lament” my bad experience. Try a wrecker service first. I was ripped off!
These guys are horrible! The guy's answering the phone will tell you "It's $25 to have a technician come out and then $35 to have them perform the service." Then proceed to charge you $190 for pumping out the window and shoving a rod in the car to open the handle. Don't use them, it's a scam!
You will see more comments like that from my friends and family on here and all the social media...Very bad experience with this company.. they quoted me $25 service fee + max $35 .. when the technician come to my place he charged me $200 for less then 1 min job .. that's ridiculous price.. it's like someone rip me.. please make sure to be honest when you quote someone .. i ll have to use my credit card for the rest of my month thank you for your service .I ask people they said they riped you
I called because Land Rover referred me to them and when I called I was yelled at by the locksmith. Very rude. Dont use. I let Land Rover know not to refer them to anyone
Quoted me $50 over the phone to unlock my car ($25 to come out, $25 to access the car), tech came out and invoiced me $234 before doing the work. I chose not to pay for this bait-and-switch, but still had to pay $25 to have the guy come and take a look. I HIGHLY recommend not going with In & Out and looking elsewhere when needing inside your locked car.
It seems they contract out the guys who do the actual unlocking, so they don't even know the price up front. Why set a customer's expectations if this is even remotely a possibility? B/c you know you can take advantage of them in a helpless situation? This was a VERY NEGATIVE experience.
(On the positive side, the guy who came out was a nice guy. I appreciated that, But In & Out Locksmith, you really need to work some integrity into your processes)
This company is a rip off, they will charge you 3 times the price they say they will.
Do not sign anything before they finish.
This guys charge us $179 for not doing anything.

I'm in the auto repair biz, was quoted $19 service call $29 unlocked fee , guy give me invoice for $169 for 3 minutes job , accepted $100 with no ticket , when refused to pay. Almost any tow company would send a tow truck and do cheaper or tow you, these guys have a $99 lock out kit and a Prius ,,,,,, Yea - no I do have to add it was Sunday at noon and they were here within 15 minutes , still way overpriced o

Wow !! In & Out Locksmith saved me today. I called for service and he was available to help me. He arrived fast, did quality work, and I am very happy with him. I recommend him to everyone.
They were very easy to work with. Will did a great job making and programming a new car key to replace on that was smashed. They came out to my house quickly and were professional. I will use them again if needed and would highly recommend them.
Came to preform a lockout and went above and beyond our expectations. After calling mulitple local towing companies to no prevail In and Out Locksmith came through and took care of business. Save yourself the headache and call them before anyone else for all of your towing needs!
