I would not advise to deal with this auto center business due to the owner's condescending attitude. Despite driving an hour to get to the shop, the owner attempted to overcharge us, seemingly assuming we had no alternative options. Prior to our visit, my husband had engaged in multiple conversations with him, requesting at least a price range, but the owner insisted that we had to visit in person first. The way he treated us was surprising. He repeatedly said, "If you don't want to pay $500, go somewhere else," and even if we were willing to pay, he demanded cash, or if we used a credit card, he added an extra $50 in fees. We tried to explain to him that the price he advertised on eBay was $199, and we were willing to pay $200 for labor, making a total of $400, but he responded with contempt. I have never encountered such unprofessional behavior from a business owner; his conduct was absolutely ridiculous. Our decision to leave was primarily influenced by the way he treated us, rather than solely the price he quoted. Horrible customer service!
I called Thao ahead since I was coming from out of town for a repair of the side mirror on our Lexus RX350. When I arrived he quickly came out to assess the vehicle and disassembled it right there in the parking space.
In addition to the motorized portion not functioning correctly (would swing out 180 degrees), the housing and internal mounts were broken from previously. He offered to repair the motorized problem, and/or replace all the other broken parts. He had an exact matching mirror at his home, so he left to retrieve it and hurried right back. Installed it on the spot within about 20 mins, and cost was less than half of what a local repair shop had quoted me.

My wife's Infiniti 2012 QX 56 with a non working/broken drivers side retractable side mirror that has the 360 camera in it. The dealer wanted $1800 for the part plus labor("can only replace the whole part, not just the motor"). Called and talked to Thao- he said he could fix it for $225. I was a bit weary as the dealer insisted the unit was made in a manner that would not allow it to be fixed( a stripped gear was the problem). Drove two cars out there in case I needed to leave it( did not want pull the panel off the door myself to get the mirror off--Thao said he could for $50 more). We pull in, he knew I was coming, I expressed my concerns with the dealers insistence on total replacement- Thao said no problem. Would be done in 2-3 hours. This is 35 miles from our home so we went to lunch and got ready to kill a few hours. 45 MINUTES LATER HE CALLED--CAR IS FIXED COME AND GET IT. WHATTTTTT!!!!!! Sure enough, totally works, put together, all works great!!! Under $300!!! HE DELIVERED ABOVE MY EXPECTATIONS FOR 1/7 THE PRICE OF THE DEALER. You know I kept his card and will refer him to all(I should call the dealer so they have his number!!!). thank you
