  5 star for the tow driver first off. I appreciate the help that he gave me... but 2 for the lady in the office. When I called I thought she said 89 to tow my car 15 minutes from where I broke down. I even repeated it to her and she said yes. Instead I got charged 198. Ridiculous! I would have called elsewhere if I knew it was the expensive. My car didn't go far. When I called she argued saying she said the 198. I tried to tell her that she said 89 and I REPEATED IT AS SUCH. I feel like I just got knocked down even more while at my lowest. I would not have went with this company if I knew she said 198.
