Our truck stalled out due to electrical issues and the police department called them out. They came out quick, hooked up a jump/charger and got my truck running to get it off the road. They didn't charge me anything. Nicest driver, unfortunately I can't read his name on the business card he signed. Highly recommend them.
So these guys go into my daughter’s high school and just start towing all these students cars they give them a warning for a couple hours while the kids are in school. They don’t even know that there’s a warning put on the car. It’s disgusting 4 or more of their tow trucks go in the parking lot and just look for cars to tow And it’s the parents that have to eat the bill. I will never use them as a Towe Company
The damage from the wreck was bad enough...but, now I am told by the collision center it will probably be totaled because the Jordan Tow truck driver put the hooks into my frame and punched holes in it and pulled it out of alignment....will need a new frame..which Progressive will probably declare it a 'totaled vehicle'...my vehicle will be very difficult to replace for the money Progressive is willing to pay....so, I will be talking to the folks at Jordan and see if they stand behind their service in situations like this

Jordan towed my MB GT63 back to the dealership because it had a flat and spares aren’t part of sports cars. The driver was very careful, professional and courteous. If I need another tow for my Benz, it will definitely be Jordan Towing in Plano, TX
These people are disgusting. They charged me over $1,600 for a seven-mile towing service. They didn't explain the cost per mile or anything. When I asked them why they were charging so much, they threatened to impound my truck if I didn't pay. I cried with rage and helplessness. I'm going to file a public complaint with the state; this can't be legal.
I’m writing to warn others about my experience with Jordon Towing Inc. They recently towed my Audi, and during the process, they caused significant damage. My dealership has confirmed that the shock absorber sensors were damaged, and the repair estimate is $5,000.
The most frustrating part? For the past month, I’ve been trying to get in touch with them. I’ve called at least 10 times, and every time I’m told that “the manager will call you back.” No one has returned my call.
This company has been completely unresponsive and unprofessional. I’m now pursuing legal action to recover the damages, but I want to warn others so you can avoid going through the same experience.
My advice: stay away from Jordon Towing Company.
Nothing new to add about the poor experiences. This is a tough business to run, with few awesome days, and probably some terrible “customers” they have to deal with. It takes special people to rise above it. I only wonder if there are Towing Service. companies north of Plano Frisco, Celina that have got this figured out. Just looked and turns out there are quite a few north of 380 that have a much better reputation. Take a look and good luck everyone!
Absolutely an awful company this past Saturday my son and his girlfriend were an accident where he was actually the victim of being hit by another person who ran a red light. Once the tow truck got there they decided to tell my son that his truck was safe enough to drive home and they only took away the car that hit him!
This truck was in no way safe to be driven after this accident and not to mention since he had just been in his first accident and was pretty shaken up to begin with.
Absolutely awful company! They should have know better, if they’re called there to tow a vehicle than you in fact tow that vehicle away you don’t just do half the job and then make somebody drive their wrecked vehicle home and place them in potential harm again!
If I could give 0, Absolutely the WORST towing company I’ve ever dealt with. Jordan Towing Inc is a complete disaster from start to finish. The customer service is rude, unprofessional, and completely unhelpful. I called for help and was treated like I was bothering them. No empathy, no explanation — just pure attitude.
To make things worse, the tow truck driver showed up late, had a terrible attitude, and spoke to me like I was the problem. No communication, no courtesy, and clearly no training in how to deal with customers. He acted like he was doing me a favor, even though I was paying for their overpriced, terrible service.
This company clearly doesn’t care about people — just money. Avoid Jordan Towing at all costs. I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy.
Absolutely the Worst Towing Experience of My Life!
Jordan Towing Company should not even be in business. From the moment I called, the customer service was unbelievably rude and unhelpful. The woman on the phone sounded like she couldn’t care less and acted like I was inconveniencing her just by asking for help.
Nate was incredible!! He arrived much quicker than I expected and he was so friendly! He explained everything to me and made sure that all of my questions were addressed. I highly recommend Nate if you ever need a tow!

Absolutely best experience around for towing, they keep in constant communication making sure you’re getting everything you need. Everyone is extremely polite and always willing to help for their services and great pricing you will not find a better company to give your business too. Edit: Curtis Jordan called me back. And explained a few things. He did not make excuses for the behavior but did give some explanations. He said he would be making some changes and gave me his number if I ever needed to reach out.
My car was towed by Jordans after an accident on Saturday, 5/17. I went to their Plano location today to get my personal effects out of the car before my insurance adjuster had the car picked up.
The front desk was nice enough, but the guy that brought me back to my car made it seem like I was inconveniencing him by making him actually help me when I couldn't get into the car.
The passenger side of the car is completely smashed in. And the drivers side was parked right up against another car. I could get into the drivers seat, but the car will not drive and was unable to get into the backseat without the car being moved.
I was t-boned on Saturday and I am extremely sore today. My neck and shoulders hurt. Along with everything else. So lifting anything heavier than a couple of pounds is painful. They had the door of my car in the back seat and I asked for help to move it. I had to ask 3 times because he wouldn't leave the seat of his golf cart. When he did finally help me, said it weighed less than 10 lbs and I could have done it myself. I had already told him I was in the actual wreck and not able to really lift much.
To top that all off, nearly gave me whiplash with his driving of said golf cart.
Overall a very unpleasant experience and will not be using Jordans for any future issues I may have.

This tow yard is a disgrace. Full of rude, uneducated and inexperienced morons. I called the day after my bike was towed and couldn’t pick it up due to bad weather. I specifically asked how much to pick it up the next day and they said $22 + tax. I came the following day and was told by someone else there was an additional $50 notification letter fee. Absolutely ridiculous. I would never use this tow company again.
The McKinney location does not have a Google account so I had to post here. The front desk young lady at McKinney location is the most arrogant and rude person I’ve ever met. If you are paying salaries to hire someone like her, your business is ruined.
The moment we arrived, I greeted her with smile and told her we are here to pick up the car that they towed last night. She rolled her eyes at me immediately and told me with a sarcastic tone “WE did not tow your car”. I don’t know what point she’s trying to make. Even though DFW tows might have towed our car, are you the one handing this and get paid for the fees?
Then she asked about the car model and which city it’s towed in (for which I told her it’s Allen). I also gave her the plate number in case she could not find the car. In the middle of the process, we found out she got the wrong car as she told us the car was in accident and it’s towed in McKinney. I asked her to double check cause apparently she got the wrong car, she then told me “it’s not my responsibility to ask you the details, you were supposed to tell me”. Hello? Then what’s your job duty here? You are just getting paid to give people attitude?
The whole process took almost an hour, she kept going back inside and I don’t know what she did. It’s an extremely unpleasant experience with her attitude. I think her job could easily be replaced with AI. Many people would kill for her job to sit in an office with AC all day and just do paper works. She did not cherish her job for sure. Good luck on the business with employees like her.
Will damage your vehicle and not work with you to fix it. Seriously horrible. Make sure to walk and take a video of your vehicle before leaving the gates.
Update: 4/22 Owner has asked me to contact him. I have tried multiple times in the past year to contact the owner and his wife answered only the first time and after that they ignored me. I will try again today and leave an update.
Update: 4/22 Contact with owner. I asked the owner to reply to my email I had sent previously or to respond to text. They did. They reference that there policy is any damage has to be reported before leaving (understandable). BUT GUESS WHAT, they will tell you when you are actually getting your vehicle that any damage is not them but by their third party towers,so don’t contact them about damage only the third party.
I did as they said, the 3rd party proved it wasn’t them. Provided the image they sent to me to Jordan towing. I also provided images from my route home and gps timeline. Still not enough proof for them to look over the footage where I know the damage most likely occurred but they refuse.
They said contact my insurance and then have them contact him. Why would I want my insurance policy to go up for their mistakes?
My vehicle was towed from an apartment complex because I forgot to renew my visitor parking. I can’t speak for picking up vehicles when you personally call them but I’m sure it’s not much better considering this experience.
Take your business elsewhere people.
Unpleasant Experience - Poor Customer Service.
I recently had a frustrating experience at Jordan’s Towing, and I feel compelled to share it. I dropped my friend off to retrieve her car and waited outside in my own vehicle. While I was patiently waiting along the curbside, close to the entrance, a lady approached me, demanding that I move my car into the parking lot. I explained that I was simply waiting for my friend, but instead of showing any understanding, she snarled at me and insisted that I needed to move so she could park.
I understand that parking can be tight at busy locations (6:40pm) but the way she handled the situation was completely unprofessional and rude. There was no attempt to communicate politely or empathize with my situation. Her attitude left a sour taste in my mouth, and it made me reconsider ever using their services in the future.
Customer service is crucial, especially in industries that rely on building relationships with clients. Based on this negative interaction, I cannot recommend Jordan’s Towing. It’s disappointing to see such a lack of courtesy and respect. I hope they address their customer service issues, as a little kindness goes a long way. I know that none of us our perfect but please remove your Christianity symbol from your car because that symbol represents great relationships.

After getting rear ended at an intersection, the police officer that was at the scene called Jordan towing to tow my car since it was not drive able. The driver showed up already towing a car (alright no big deal). Driver was already rude enough to begin with, and seemed in a rush. He failed to secure my BMW correctly to where it SWERVED OFF THE ROAD destroying the front side of the car.
Crazy part is, they still charged me $130 to tow the car…
Over the next few days I tried calling in to make things right, but I was met by a secretary every time who seemed to get more and more rude/sassy every time I called.
Eventually I did get a response from Marcus, but by that time my car had already been totaled…
Plano location Very professional & clean office, much different and better experience than other impound lots. the office staff was kind and went above and beyond majorly to help get my car back to me after being impounded for 10 days at their location in McKinney (be smart-call beforehand to ensure your going to the correct location-even though my car was towed from Plano, Plano police took it up to McKinney )
Hope no one has to deal with them, but if you have to, their staff delivers exceptional customer service
I have received a very poor quality of service from this tow-services company. The good: The tow driver was polite.
The BAD: I was not explained the charges and subsequent storing fees by the driver/agent. When I called them the following work day they seem to be clueless, careless, and uninterested to explain the specifics, or answer any of my inquiries. Once I got there, they tried to make it very difficult to have someone else tow my vehicle to the near body-shop… To eliminate further inconvenient, missing more work etc.. I felt compelled to use their service which towing fees are excessive by all means. In addition to the original charges, I was charged $442.80 for towing a small vehicle 0.6 miles away (4 minutes), literally up the street, to a repair shop. Their office personnel is extremely rude and unpleasant providing with mediocre to substandard service. Unless you pay with cash, the payment method they use, is painful and their fees for using credit/debit card are very steep. The entire time I spend at their office, it was an unpleasant and uninviting experience. I will never do business with this company again, nor I will recommend them.
STAY AWAY FROM JORDAN’S TOWING. They stole my dash cam and destroyed my car dash / panel and stole parts of my car. They’re bunch of THIEVES.
It seem like the manager is ALWAYS ON CALL 24/7 at Jordan’s Towing because I sent two emails regarding stolen property - one on 9/7 and another one on 9/27 to show the proofs and details of what exactly happened to my car. Since no one replied on my email, I called them and two different ladies answered my call said manager is not available due to his busy schedule. It seem like its impossible to solve this issue.
If Plano PD ask you if your car needs to be towed, use your own insurance network towing company. If your insurance is connected with Jordan’s Towing, I’m sorry but good luck.
I really hate to put bad reviews on Google but people should be aware of this for sure. It seem like I’m not the only one who mentioned about stolen property issue with this company.
On 12-1-17 I contacted Jordan Towing Inc. inquiring if they had a rotator wrecker that was available to move a very heavy piece of equipment out of one of our shops. The response back was very polite & professional. She asked what I needed to moved, when I needed it moved & how much did it weigh. It was set up to move later that same day for driver to meet at 1:30pm. I had a very heavy rebar shear (24000 lbs.) to lift out of its location that was 21.5 ft. to the right side of where the wrecker had to be positioned. The driver showed up promptly on time & made the job look like an evening stroll in the park. The driver was very professional & knew exactly what the capabilities of his wrecker were. I would highly recommend Jordan Towing Inc. for any of your towing needs.
