They give you a 40-60min estimate and they take your payment info. If you want to cancel because it takes them 1hr 45min to show up you're out of luck and will be charged for canceling. Charging $140 for a 1mile tow should be criminal. Less than 10min with the driver.
Gama is a superstar! He quickly hooked my car up and carefully got it out of a very tight spot - without any complaints! He went above and beyond LITERALLY in helping me find a place that would service my vehicle. The operator on the call also did his best to help me find a close location! Car was at impound, had no keys and I am out of state. 10-4 Towing worked with me and the impound lot to safely deliver my Mustang to a nearby Ford dealership. Lifesaver!!
Called for roadside assistance and specifically asked for help with an impact drill to help with a stubborn lug nut. The driver sent informed me that he did not carry any such tools, and kindly refunded my money back, but it was still frustrating wasting 30 minutes of my and the driver’s time for nothing
Horrible customer service and outrageous pricing. Called and asked about a quote, guy didn’t want to give me a price until I gave him my credit information. Once asked about the quote again, he had bad attitude and hung up. Never again calling them.
if you’re in the mood to be falsely advertised one rate and then after receiving services have that cost more than quintuple on you. What a scam, really hope you enjoy screwing people in emergencies out of money!
Misleading pricing! I was charged $267 just because i live in Plano. My battery died approximately 5 blocks away from my house in a parking lot. The tow was a few minutes late showing up, but thats not my complaint. I was charged a special equipment fee and an extra labor fee. All because my car was presumably too low. My car is at factory specifications. There was no extra labor done and no special equipment other than a pair of broken 2x4s. If That's special equipment i have ocean view property in Idaho for sale. Ive had my old school Camaro towed from Lewisville to Plano for under $80, this was highway robbery. My car was hooked up properly and i had no fear of tow ruining my vehicle, but pricing was unbelievably unfair. Please see picture below of "special equipment"!
Amazing tow truck driver. Very friendly, very helpful, very professional and an all around amazing guy! Timing was great, service was amazing and couldn’t have asked for a better driver.
