Went through insurance to get gf vehicle towed. It broke down and was towed to impound so had to get it out. They will buckle and dime you!!!! Once driver arrived and had to show insurance and card their headquarters stated it was another 50 dollar fee as I was tried to understand them as I’m deaf from military service, the head quarters to me to shut up and FING listen becss as use I kept asking them to repeat as he had a foreign accent and I could understand him. As I told him never to speak like that to a customer again he hung up. He hung up on me 3 different times!!!! And then refused service!!! Terrible customer service beware!!!!

I used this service twice in two days to tow my car to two different shops. Trevor assisted me yesterday, but I didn't get the driver's name today. Both of them arrived within the window given, and they were very professional with loading and unloading my vehicle. The tech at the Nissan even commented that he's never seen a wrecker arrive on time. I highly recommend this service. These are true professionals. Thanks.

Towed my car, had to sprint after the driver as he sped away from me. Stopped him still in the parking lot, said there's nothing he could do. Didn't mention a drop fee at all which I'm pretty sure is illegal. Predatory towing company and Dallas towing company might as well mean the same thing at this point.

Update: I wanted to take a moment to respond to the Owners response to my original message below: You did receive the information from my company, they simply called back an hour after your call. If you needed the information, I don’t understand why you waited until the day-of the pickup to reach out to them when it was scheduled 3 days prior. Moreover, if you had the information (which you did, because when I cancelled the service, your driver was already on his way [3 hours post the appointment]) then why can’t you respond to my very simple question about who scheduled the service for you? Original: EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL I had an appointment setup for a 10am pickup for my car due to an insurance claim. I didn’t schedule this, this was scheduled through the insurance company. John or whatever the Indian guy’s name is that picks up the phone, was extremely unprofessional and I really hope that their “this call may be recorded” message is really recording the conversations. He said that the reason why they were delayed was because “the company didn’t reach out to us on time” even though it was scheduled 3 days prior. He sent his driver to run more errands and my husband was sitting around late for work, waiting for them to get the car for over an hour and a half before I got the following response “it’s not our fault it’s the company’s fault, the company you’re working with didn’t call us back until an hour later so we sent the driver out to other pickups” even when I repeated that I had an appointment at 10am he still responded with “it’s going to be at least an hour if not longer until I can send someone there”. When I called back requesting more information about who scheduled the pickup (my insurance said they didn’t use this towing company, so they weren’t sure why this pickup was even happening) Texas Towing replied with “I don’t know what’s the company, I just have the customer name”. So how are you going to tell me that the reason why you’re late is because the company didn’t get back to you exactly at the time you wanted them to (even though they had set an appointment 3 days prior already) and then tell me you don’t know who that company is? He was rude on the phone the first time and interrupted as well as raised his voice over mine to go out of his way to tell me that it was the company’s fault, but they have no company on file?! This screams scam and shady to me. I’m just glad I was able to cancel on time.

Texas Towing has been providing exceptional service to me and family members. We use their towing services all the time and have been really satisfied with their service. Texas Towing responded in a reasonable timeframe when I was left stranded after my car wouldn’t start. Trevor was the driver and looked my car over before towing and even gave me a ride to the dealership. Yay! He was professional, kind and knowledgeable. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

I would definitely recommend Texas towing if you need any sort of road side assistance. They came to the rescue in no time and the charges were also very competitive (cheapest you will find in Dallas metroplex) . I highly recommend them to anyone in need for a roadside assistance or towing .

We had a flat tire on the highway and pulled over to the side. It was night time and where we parked was pretty dangerous because many vehicles were passing by so fast. Very thankfully Zack came to rescue quickly. He was very friendly and experienced, quickly got the flat tire replaced with the spare one, and helped put everything back nicely. Excellent experience with Texas Towing ! Strongly recommend for roadside service!

Texas Towing arrived within about an hour after contacting my Roadside assistance. Driver secured my motorcycle safely and securely. I loved how he handled getting bike on and off the flatbed with no damage to it. Very happy with service!

Amazing customer service I was literally stuck in a ditch for hours and called many other towing companies and none helped. However these people came to my aid very quick and were to get me out without messing up more of my car. The best thing about them is they have a great price.

My worst experience yet! I called insurance to set up a tow, the problem was when tow truck showed up after giving all the details of why I needed a tow. The driver as well as the owner said the ramp was going to get scratched. Then they said it was dangerous, the problem was they wanted to make more money and they said they would do it for another $150. It's a big scam! Don't use them ever and everyone watch out for this guy's that are wanting to steal.
