I’m a woman. I called three places. The first two asked the standard where to and where from, how bad is the car. I don’t remember if these dudes asked how bad the car was (front tires issues)
My vehicle WAS towed. But the man who picked me up asked who I lived with. If I had a husband. Talked about marriage in his country, bad mouthed other women, and tried to convince me to change my destination.
He also said he wasn’t gonna charge me more “because I was a lady” as if I didn’t sign and pay on an agreed upon price.
I also can’t even look at the invoice, and I didn’t get a copy from their web form.

Crooks. My friend requested a tow through AAA for her car to be towed from the auto shop to a storage parking. I was helping her since she had to get to work. The car was originally towed to the auto shop through AAA previously and no charge for service through the membership with no problem. This experience totally different.
When the guy arrived he was not friendly at all and appeared to not want to be there. He took pictures of the car and proceeded to hook the car up. He started by trying to start the car. I greeted him and advised him the car would not start at all. He got his jumper cables attaching to jump start the car with no success. Then he begin going under the car to hook the car up. At this time he never indicated the car not starting and him not being able to place it in neutral would cause an extra charge before hooking the car up. At this time I was still there with him to have this conversation. I advised him I would meet him at the storage place so once he started hooking the car up I left.
Once the car is on the tow truck someone from the tow company calls saying it will be a $60 charge because special tools had to be used since they could not place it in neutral. He said all tow companies charge this which was a lie since she had the same car not starting to the auto shop with no extra charge. The car was dropped off and a link sent for the $60.
They are crooks because why was this conversation not had before you placed the car on your tow truck? Maybe to take advantage and force an unnecessary charge. Why did the other tow company not charge for these so call special tools when the car did not work at that time either. If you see this company coming through AAA cancel it. Do not use them for your towing needs they will try to over charge you and take advantage of you.
