We had a group of homeschoolers who wanted to check out a junk yard. I called Wheels Auto Recyclers and Troy was so nice and welcoming. The kids loved it sooooo much! Ryan was so awesome too, sending us home with a fact sheet about auto recycling and letting the kids pet the company mascots in the front lobby. Great customer service, and neat place, well ran!
Overall, great buying experience. I did not even realize I had to drive 40 minutes to get there but it was worth the drive and the price was as advertised on their inventory site. I would definitively go back for the parts needed in the future. They’ve been in business for long time out of nowhere so they must have done customers right over the years.
Best experience I have had to date picking up used auto parts. The team here was attentive, fast and friendly. They have a nice facility, including the restroom! Great price on the parts I got, and it came as a whole assembly too. Their feline office manager was very happy to get some head scratches.
Great Service. Can find anything! Mary didn’t have the specific wheel I needed and without me asking, she started her search and located what I needed, checked pricing at two locations, told me who had what, qty they had, condition of the item, and price. Horrible customer service.. I tried getting a new wheel for my car and when I tried putting it into my car they gave me the wrong one for it. I called trying to get a refund and get a new one but the guy just got all pissed off at me. I don't understand getting mad at someone else when it's clearly your at fault for giving me the wrong part. I seriously need this issue fixed please with someone with less attitude and a grown up because someone can't handle taking blame for their mistakes.
Thank you Ryan. We needed a temperature sensor that was on backorder for 2 months. We called and there was a car that had one. We were able to go pick it up. It works perfectly. Many thanks for helping us to be able to repair this car quickly.
Great Experience. I was looking for a Passenger front seat for my Truck. We called over the phone. And they had it. I came 2 days later. The The seat was here and they even had 2 to choose from. They removed it from the old truck. And helped me install it in my truck. They have great customer service. I had a great experience.I would definitely refer them and come back.
These people are awesome! I had originally ordered a starter to be shipped to my house but UPS lost it. These people went above and beyond and found another one and drove it to my house as an extra courtesy. Ryan and Sandy y’all are awesome! Would definitely recommend and use again.
Friendly service and very knowledgeable. I called in a few days prior to double check their listing online and confirmed everything for me, even mentioned that they would hold an item for me if necessary.
I came in and waited about 30 minutes to get the wheel I was looking for off their vehicle and in my hands.
You are able to walk through their yard but they ask that if you’re interested in something that is not already loose, that you take a picture of it and show it to their office to get it.

Outstanding service. Ryan is maybe the most helpful behind the desk guy I’ve come across. Definitely not your typical salvage yard customer service. Friendly and helpful staff. Prices on everything I’ve purchased so far can’t be beat and quality is there. Highly recommended.
