These people are awesome! I had originally ordered a starter to be shipped to my house but UPS lost it. These people went above and beyond and found another one and drove it to my house as an extra courtesy. Ryan and Sandy y’all are awesome! Would definitely recommend and use again.

Friendly service and very knowledgeable. I called in a few days prior to double check their listing online and confirmed everything for me, even mentioned that they would hold an item for me if necessary. I came in and waited about 30 minutes to get the wheel I was looking for off their vehicle and in my hands. You are able to walk through their yard but they ask that if you’re interested in something that is not already loose, that you take a picture of it and show it to their office to get it.

Sold me an A/C control head that did not work tore it apart to try and make the junk they sold me and the old one work by making one. This wasn't possible so I sent it back to them and they denied crediting me because I tore the component apart. The issue I have is I called and talked to someone about what I was doing prior to tearing it down. Feel like I got conned they sold a part that was not good and then did not have one to replace it and didn't want to give me my money back. I don't like thieves, and, in this case, they fit the description. Buyer beware! Response to response the plastic cover to the back of the control head that didn’t work when you sent it broke in shipping. Shouldn’t have been a big deal since you sold me and A/C control head that wouldn’t turn on the A/C but maybe you were going to try and sell that broken part to someone else.

Outstanding service. Ryan is maybe the most helpful behind the desk guy I’ve come across. Definitely not your typical salvage yard customer service. Friendly and helpful staff. Prices on everything I’ve purchased so far can’t be beat and quality is there. Highly recommended.

Best junkyard transaction ever for me (and I do this a lot). Found the door I needed on car-part.com, and the listing had pictures. They responded promptly to an online chat and gave me its color code to make sure it was what I wanted. I called and was able to pay over the phone with a credit card. When I got there a receipt and the part were waiting with no surprises.

Excellent experience, they were friendly and had the part I needed at a fraction the cost of a rebuilt one.

the guy he made 3 transaction it supposed to be 2 transaction when i perchase and when i i returned item now i didint get my refund they steal my money and also over the phone he told me he is the owner but in person he said he is the company worker not the owner he lied to much

Drove over an hour for wheels for a 2001 cadillac. They had one already pulled on the shelf and had to pull the other one for me while I waited. We were still in and out in 20 to 25 minutes. Thought this was pretty good especially since we weren't the only customers to come in during that time. Some before, some after. Bottom line, I think it will be worth the drive if we need any more parts. Recommend? Yes!

My family and I have known Ryan and Troy since the beginning of time when Wheels Auto Recyclers use to be off Hwy 78. Working with them acquiring used/recycled parts has been the most convenient for us since they're near by and most of the time they always have something I need. Ryan and Troy are great people.
