I've been here a few times; they have been more than helpful each time, as well as easy to work with. When they didn't have what I needed they identified others that may. Prices have been good to average, and the quality of what I wanted has met expectations and pricing.
Called them at 3:30 PM letting them know I would be there between 4:30pm and 4:45pm to get an exterior plastic vent off of a LandCruiser and told not only was it too late to come because they need more time to pull the part, but they leave early on Fridays. If that's the case post the hours you are actually willing to pull parts and the correct hours that you close on Friday. I specifically asked to leave my work early on Friday just to go there and get a cosmetic piece or possibly two. Now I lose an hour of pay because apparently the Friday hours are not listed correctly and they are too lazy to pull the part necessary
DO NOT BUY USED ENGINES FROM THIS PLACE!!! Wish I had read reviews before purchasing a used engine from this place. Bought an engine with a 30 day warranty. I had a local shop install which was required to have the warranty apply. The engine had a leak from day one that shop could not properly diagnose until after the 30 day window. We tried new oil pans gaskets and other things but finally found there are marks and a tiny crack on the aluminum on the bottom side of the upper oil pan from a fork lift from the engine being moved at the salvage yard. Unfortunately on this engine it’s a $2000 repair bc of the location of then crack and no shop would have caught it until oil was put in the engine. I have spent several hundred dollars on top of the engine purchase price now owner refuses to accept responsibility saying the warranty only applies to moving parts on the engine. DO NOT BUY A USED ENGINE FROM THIS PLACE!!!!
Unfortunately, I cannot give this place a Zero. We bought a part for my vehicle on November 25. When we got home, we noticed that the part had been previously taken apart. Giving them the benefit of the doubt we were going to trying to make it work but when we finally got it connected, it didn’t work at all! The very next day November 26 TODAY we went back to return the part. They refused to refund even after telling the man exactly what happened. Also keep in mind on there webpage it has a 30 day standard warranty. Save yourself a headache and go to a different place!!!
In short I was sold a bad radiator but givin a time to bring it back if it leaked and it leaked they won’t stand by they’re word and kept my money never spending another dollar here again !
Long version
I’m a truck driver on the road most of the time, an I needed a radiator I knew my f250 wasn’t leaking bad. I thought it would be in my interest to have a radiator to put on in case mine just gave out months later and explain to the guy . He gave me a year warranty and the radiator leaked when I finally got around to putting it on and they won’t stand by they’re word I just wanted a non leaking radiator bad people .
I wasted 30 minutes of my time looking for the parts that I used for a trans am, when I showed him what I was using, he told me that it was 400 dls, I told him that it was fine and then he wanted to charge me 200 more dls just because he felt like it I told him that I was paying him for what he had told me first and he got upset and literally ran away from me, don't waste your time in that place, I had already heard that he is a grumpy old guy who takes care of you but I wanted to take the test and it turned out to be true.
Call to verify availability before you go. Online inventory not necessarily up to date. Didn't respond to emails. That said, they had what I needed and were nice. I'd use them again.
5 stars these guys deserve. I went there for a certain part for my truck they had it I purchased it for all the way home to install it well the part did not fit. Called them back they told me they would look to see if they had one that would fit. No luck on the part they asked me to return it a full refund. These guys are awesome they went above and beyo5to help me out and excellent customer service .

These guys told me over the phone the tailgate was insurance quality. I drove two plus hours to get the tailgate. When I got home and took things apart to install my backup camera, there was Bondo on the inside. Looking more closely at the pictures, it was my fault in trusting these crooks.
I opened a case with the BBB which they never responded to, but I did file a complaint with the Attorney Generals office for fraud. Long story short, it worked out in my favor in the end, but they did not take care of me as a customer and are extremely dishonest. I had to fix a problem, they caused by lying.
Been a few years since I last went, but it looks nicer than it did before and I was fortunate enough to find the rims I was looking for. A little more than I would've like to pay, but the tread on the tires is still pretty good so I killed 2 birds.
Checked a bunch of different places for a part for my ranger all saying I had to buy parts I ain't need went here he knew exactly what I was saying I needed and even helped me get the part when my dumbself could not awesome expierence I will definadefi be going back here again

Terrible way to treat customers driving hundreds of miles for parts that dont work or they dont honor their so called warranty! 24 hours after it was bought. Needed a side window for a '94 Dodge Ram Van. Found them through eBay. They properly packed a cleaned up window with all necessary parts and FedEX'd it right away. It's installed and we are happy . . . KBS
Good selection of parts for most diesels and trucks. They also have a good selection of import parts and vehicles. Don't be surprised to find Mercedes, BMW and Audi parts at this location aswell. Gino and Bill are easy to deal with and are straight up with their pricing. They just might make you a better deal for multiple parts and always bring cash for the best possible deal!
Great place. Great people. Great Price. You have to know salvage to understand the price of what is called new is actually someones secondary refurbished that might have some work done on it or may not have? I rather by used that is in good working order. Milage is according to what is read on the odometer that was in the vehicle, the odometer may have been replaced by the owner of the vehicles and not set to be honest.
I have read these other reviews before I went all the way out to Nevada from Denton. I was a bit skeptical, but I am glad I went. There was plenty of GM parts for me to pick from. I was able to look through the yard and make a list of what they had that I needed. Them he bundled up the list and cut the cost in half since I was going to pull the parts myself. Some people forget that, where you save money at the salvage yard is pulling the part yourself. If they have to pull the part there is labor added to it. Some yards I have been to these days wont let you pull your own parts. So to find one where i can still do so and show my son the way we did things when my dad took me to the yard is great in my eyes. I saved about more than half of what is was going to cost for new parts. I will be going back.
They had the part I needed, BUT they thought it was made of gold.
The price quoted was nearly the same as I could purchase new. So we looked it up online. Tried to negotiate that the part had a scratch and I'll be willing to give 50% of the new part price but the good ole boy behind the counter thought he had me over a barrel. You're either in the business of selling scrap parts, or your not.
Good luck with that philosophy. Bought the part online and I wont be making the trek out to the middle of nowhere again.
Good Folks, Reasonable Prices, willing to negotiate with cash in hand. Bought a low mileage transmission that had been sitting on a shelf and has performed flawlessly for 80k miles.
If you have to call or ask questions, they will make money off of your ignorance. If you simply show up, tell them what you need and produce that stuff we used to use to buy goods and services (CASH), they are a great resource. Also treat return customers VERY WELL, and I often can walk out with my hands full for pocket change.
If Nevada TX is "nowhere" to you, stick to retail parts chains or walmarts, rude cityfolk.......
