I was in the store recently to purchase oil to do an oil change on my car. On their storefront window was a large sale sign for the oil brand I wanted. When checking out, Andrew (name on receipt) wouldn't honor the advertised price for the exact one listed, stating it has gone up. If that is the case then they need to remove the sign otherwise honor that price. After going back and forth, frustrated, I walked out with my purchase only to realize when I got home, he sold me the wrong one for the sales price. Instead of going back to the same store and dealing with the frustration of the same sales person, Andrew, I went to another store to return it. That proved to be a bigger frustration because Alexander (name on receipt) wouldn't refund my purchase because it hadn't shown up in their system yet. BS if you ask me. Not only that but he was right out rude when I asked to speak with a manager. Regardless of whether it was in the system or not, I had the physical receipt and he should have refunded my money. I had a few choice words for him. Retailers are quick to take your money but not return it without a fight. Basically, it is false advertisement if they don't honor the price advertised and being rude & disrespectful to a paying customer. I'm happy to take my business to Autozone if that's the kind of customer service O'Reilly's provide.
I went into the O’Reillys at 8:30 at night to pick up a very specific Panasonic battery for a vehicle
Andrew, who is a very young employee is very smart when it comes to mechanics he was able to go online figure out the proper battery even though it was a Panasonic from the factory to get the proper cranking amps and proper size to fit into a new vehicle
Very impressed with his knowledge. It’s always comforting going into a auto parts store when the employees are very intelligent and actually Know how to work on vehicles
I went to Lucas, TX location to have my battery tested just to see if they would be honest. They told me that the battery was bad and I needed a new one. I bought my battery at autozone 11/2023. I then went to Autozone. They offered to replace it if it tested bad. The battery tested at 96% 3xs. The manager told me if I have any issues, he would replace it!
My truck battery died Sunday afternoon – after all of the auto shops were closed. I got a jump and ran it up to O'Reilly in Lucas. Ali was incredibly helpful! Not only did he find me the best battery, he removed the old battery and installed the new one! My truck is lifted, and it was unseasonably cold outside- Ali was a pro & so very helpful despite the added complications! I will definitely be coming back for windshield wipers, headlights & anything else that my car needs!
Absolute best experience at the OReilly location on Angel Parkway! Steve Burkhart assisted me with a car battery issue I was having & went above & beyond in his customer service. He helped me by assessing/testing my battery, & when it was determined that the battery was no longer good, he assisted in processing my warranty & getting me back in the road. I found Steve to be personable & professional in his service, & it is apparent that he cares about his customers. We are all lucky to have such a great auto parts store in our neighborhood. Thank you!!
Kirby was knowledgeable and helpful! Replaced and installed my battery even though he could have sent me to a mechanic. Love having this shop in our neighborhood and everytime I go in everyone is super friendly and helpful.

I am not sure what the deal was with the only person working at 8 AM. I pulled up and asked for them to check my battery. (I assume not a morning person.) He said sure, walked over to my car and said it won't read which means your batteries are low but that doesn't mean it's bad. Also asked him about the life span of batteries (I've thus now lived long enough to know the answer myself by owning cars over the years) He said "drive around maybe find another O'Reilly and have it checked there." As much as I wanted to laugh in his face. I kept my composure and drove off to Autozone who glady check it, said it was bad and provided excellent customer service by explaining my options and warranties. So happy I gave them my business and not this place. I will never return here.
I came in for some simple information on my car and was greeted by the friendliest staff. The manager Steve and Kirby were incredibly helpful and addressed all my questions with patients and went above and beyond to help me understand all my options. All in all one of the best experiences I've ever had at an auto parts store. I will definitely be back if I ever have any car issues in the future.
Fast friendly folks here. I just needed a 2" piece of fuel line for my motorcycle, and they were kind enough to just cut me a 2" piece and told me not to worry about it :) Will definitely be back next time I need something.
The service here was nothing less than AMAZING! I came in for something simple and they helped every step of the way! From walking in to being outside with me and my car in the rain thanksgiving day. Honest service and I’ll be coming to this location for my future needs. Thank you!
Dave is awesome. I was not an easy customer but Dave made sure I found all the parts I needed with a smile and an excellent attitude the entire time. Most people do not have the patience. I did not catch the name of the other guy that was there but he was also a great help in finding what I was looking for today. This location always provides a great experience regardless but these guys deserve a shoutout.
