I never leave reviews but I felt people need to know about this place. It was not my car that got towed but I took my brother to get his car (it got towed when he was helping an elderly man bring in his groceries and deliver his meal). The towing part is not the issue it was the unprofessional behavior from the actual employees. First of all, it was a super shady place behind someone’s home. I stayed in my car while they demanded he pay with cash (they refused to take his credit or debit card although it was posted that they take credit cards). He ended up paying with Cash App but when he went to sign the paperwork they then demanded he give them a credit card number. At that point my brother got frustrated. When he refused they told him he wasn’t getting his car then and to go get cash. HE ALREADY PAID and had a text from them saying it is paid. Anyway, it went on and on until the sheriff was called. They were so unprofessional. When we finally got his car after a long delay we went to leave and the automatic gate was locked and we could not get out. My brother had to get out and physically unlock this big gate and open it. To top it all off the gate swung open hurting his foot. They were of no help at all and laughed at the whole situation. Just beware if your car gets towed by this company.
this place is a scam and gives no leeway to honest mistakes or people trying to get ahead in life and save money. the prices to get my vehicle back was an extremely high amount for how quick I reacted and now I am behind on my rent all because I wanted to stop in a place to meet up with a friend after a hard work week. these people we’re rude when I called about my dispute and if you have to deal with these people god help you for they do not make it easy.
Purposefully staked out a place to tow. The driver saw me and could have asked me to move and I gladly would have. Excessive towing fees. Do not recommend.
I called vsf recovery and they came out within 15 minutes very fast and very friendly jay took care of me and my car very well taking care of trucks would definitely recommend calling them for all your towing needs
VSF Recovery is the best towing service in Collin county. When my car broke down, they came out all the way to Princeton very fast and got me towed to the dealership. Their prices are affordable and they are very professional. Definitely give them a call!
