David the guy to reach out to is so easy to work with. I had a problem after replacing his battery. It died again and I was told that it is a problem with battery. I reached out to him and he confirmed that it is a new battery and he was ready to replace it as part of warranty. However I was not happy and he was open to get it replaced by anyone and was willing to refund the entire amount which no business will do. Later the technician informed me that it is not a battery issue and alarm system problem. I had to call him back and he was there again. We had an extremely unprofessional experience with this company. After calling for service due to a dead battery, we were quoted $50 for a used battery and $50 for installation/labor, which we agreed to. We were told they would arrive within an hour, but after waiting over an hour in the cold rain, we reached out for an ETA. Instead of an update, we received a text saying the price had suddenly increased from $50 to $85 for the battery, asking if we agreed to pay the new amount.
This kind of last-minute price change is completely unacceptable, especially after giving us a firm quote. To make matters worse, after we called to address the issue, they texted us back saying they were no longer coming at all! We wasted over an hour waiting in bad weather, only to be left stranded.
This was an incredibly unprofessional and frustrating experience. Beware if you're considering using this company, as they are unreliable and do not honor their quoted prices.

David with Frisco Batteries- Mobile Mechanic replaced my battery today at my house. I called this morning and David came out within 45 mins and replacement battery and disposed of my old battery. I highly recommend David.
