Junk Guys completely cleaned out my office in just under 90 minutes and did an incredible job. It was a large job full of office furniture and dozens and dozens of trash bags full of stuff that had accumulated in our office over many years. Madi was on time and on top of everything. I would definitely recommend using Junk Guys!!
Used them to get an older refrigerator we didn’t need hauled away. The cost was similar to getting a certification to show it was Freon free that the city required to pick it up but without the hassle. They were prompt and on time with same day pick up. Definitely recommend.
Read the fine print and send photos before agreeing for a pickup time. $300 at least to haul out a deconstructed baby grand piano (big print says pianos hauled for $200). So easy they didn't even need to strap down the cast iron harp on the furniture dolly. (Only took15 minutes of hauling and loading time). They called to raise the price of the removal one hour before pickup, sight unseen. After seeing the small amount of effort it took, I would have bought a furniture dolly and rented a truck from Home Depot to take the piano pieces to the dump myself.

I had Junk Guys of Frisco pick up several large items recently, including two large, bulky Ricoh office copiers, a very heavy AS400 computer from the 90's, and a large old tube TV. They were a pleasure to work with, friendly, professional and informative. They showed up right on the scheduled time and, after a brief conversation, went right to work, making short order of the three very large and heavy pieces of equipment as well as the large TV. The price for their services was very reasonable for the effort involved. I would highly recommend them and will use them again myself should I have a future need.
There are various things that will immediately make a project stop. One of the most prevalent ones is not having a step 2. The project at hand was rearranging the garage (I know... such a rare project), and the place I have been stalled on for months is I had this large fridge and large printer that ware taking up so much space that I couldn't really organize around it. Step 2 has been to have that all removed. The issue is: I have time in this small time slot, today. Enter Junk Guys. I started interacting with them, sent some pictures of what I needed removed, and within an hour, they were all on a trailer driving down the road. Great customer service, great service, great pricing. They are saved in my contacts now for any time I get hung up because we have something unwieldy that needs to be removed. Even if that means that I have to find some other excuse as to why the to-do list is not complete.
Madi made our junk removal (large couch, side table, stationary bike, train table + more) a very easy and smooth process. He was available to pick up when I needed him to which helped me tremendously with timing of our new furniture arrival. I definitely recommend this company for any junk removal needs.
I hired the Junk Guys to remove a hottub and they did a fantastic job. They showed up when they said they would, cut the tub into small pieces, removed it and cleaned up all the foam and insulation.

I doubt you’ll find anyone who will haul away an old refrigerator for as reasonable of a price as Junk Guys Frisco, and they were super fast! In less than 24-hours the “junk” fridge was hauled away by Junk Guys Frisco. I definitely would use them again, and I recommend them.
Fast response and super easy! We worked out a pickup date/time within minutes. I had two extremely heavy and large items they managed to get moved out and loaded in a matter of minutes for an extremely fair price compared to other sites I visited. This was the easiest junk removal service I’ve ever used. We just put everything we didn’t want in our garage and they literally did everything else. The owner is very polite and friendly and even offered to help us move the furniture if we couldn’t do it ourselves. It didn’t take them long to move everything onto their truck. The price was more than reasonable - we were actually pleasantly surprised. It was so painless and we will absolutely be using them again. 100% suggest. THANK YOU so much!

Great service! This company picked up an extremely heavy massage chair. Appreciated the fact that not only did Madi constantly communicate with me on specifics (dimensions of the item, doorway widths, pickup dates and times etc.). Excellent work and execution and bonus points he returned my missed call in 5 minutes on a Sunday afternoon. That’s excellent customer service in my books because in my much younger years i had an on call job with a pager and while it paid great. It took dedication for me to have to leave a football game you are watching with friends to go into work so I always give extra credit to those who take ownership.
