These people are Thieves! They’re going to steal personal belongings from your vehicle and provide inaccurate information to you over the phone. Then when you seek reimbursement for the things they stole they don’t give a damn and will just blame you and or the towing company you take with you to pick up your car. Don’t trust this company. They lack training and professionalism but expect customers to remain calm when they’ve just had things stolen from their car. BAD BUSINESS!

Today I used LW's and James was the man that came to my rescue. He was my superman, and I greatly appreciate him personally and professionally! He was more than exceptional and such a great and wonderful person to be around. He went above and beyond his call of duty! NO, this is NOT one of James's friends or family members, I am a verified customer! I just feel like that in today's environment and day and age, it is very crucial that we give credit where credit is due and James has more than earned that right! I found myself in a desperate situation and LW's towing was there to help me out! I was able to be picked up quickly and provided transportation for myself and my vehicle to the intended drop off. Thank you so incredibly James!
The driver that assisted me was great and the service was excellent! They made my tow as stress free and quick as possible. They also were very helpful for any additional questions I had. I highly recommend.

Awful service from start to finish. The lady on the phone was rude and acted like I was bothering her, and Juan showed up with an even worse attitude. Never using this company again.
My experience with Juan was completely unacceptable. His behavior was unprofessional, aggressive, and made me feel unsafe. After dealing with him, I checked other reviews and realized this isn’t an isolated incident there is a clear pattern of Juan targeting and mistreating women. Multiple people have reported the same hostile behavior, yet the company continues to ignore it. Juan acted as if basic customer respect didn’t apply to him. His attitude, tone, and actions were completely out of line, and no customer should ever feel threatened during a situation where they’re already stressed and vulnerable. The fact that management continues to stand by him, despite numerous complaints, shows a complete lack of accountability and concern for customer safety.
I had an extremely disturbing experience with this company, and especially with their driver, Juan. He was unprofessional, unpleasant, and showed zero regard for customer safety. At one point, I was nearly hit by his truck, which left me shaken and genuinely fearful. Instead of acknowledging the issue or attempting to resolve it, the supervisor and the company stood by his behavior, offering no accountability or concern for what happened. No customer should ever have to feel unsafe or disrespected especially in a stressful situation like needing a tow. Based on this experience, I absolutely do not recommend this company to anyone.
I purchased an auction vehicle from them and told them when I set my appointment to pick it up that’s I would need their services to remove it from property since it requires a towing license to enter so payed them to take it down the road to the gas station took the driver 15 minutes to arrive but took them an hour to take it to the gas station 2 minutes down the road
On Nov 4, 2025, the police called LW’s Towing after my car started leaking fuel. The driver, Juan, showed up and immediately said it would cost $185 base, $4 per mile, plus 10% gas—in a very rude and intimidating tone. When I tried to speak, he said he doesn’t care about anything but money.
It was 7 a.m., my child was in the car, and I was already stressed. Instead of helping, he made the situation worse. Thankfully, the police helped get my child to school safely.
If you call this company, I strongly recommend avoiding this driver (Juan). No one deserves to be treated this way in an emergency.
I needed a tow when my car broke down. When the driver arrived he was very nice and efficient. He said some thing like 65.00 to tow and a 1.00 per mile charge. The mileage was about 12 miles. When he handed me the bill it was for 197.00. I thiught thatvwas high but figured my insurance woukd cover it, theybdid not. I woukd recommend to them to give the oricing in writing or have something written of the rates I contacted them to.ask for a breakoitnifnthe charges but necer heard back. The tow was 9/3 .and i contacted them on 9/15 Be careful when you call them.and get an exact figure
Henry was absolutely amazing! He was super kind, patient, & made everything so easy. From the start, he went out of his way to make sure the whole process was smooth & stress-free. What stood out the most was how comfortable he made the ride home feel, it was far from boring or awkward. In fact, I’ll never forget the talk we had, he’s truly inspirational & incredibly hardworking.

The owner, a large grown man, yelled and cussed at me a women. I was coming to get the contents of my car from being in a collision. When I called to see if the car was there, he answered and said yes it was. Being a Sunday they were closed and he didn’t not tell me that on the phone. So I go up there, and was looking for an employee when he popped up out of nowhere screaming and cussing for me to get off the property. He saw my husband who is black and assumed we were doing something illegal. Why or say you’re closed when I was on the phone with you. Trash way of doing business and a clansman without a wrath of your ask me!!!
This company is excellent! We had to have my son’s vehicle towed multiple times. I called to schedule the tow and scheduled it over an hour in advance of appointment because I was afraid like all other tow companies that they might be late. Not the case at all. Juan was our driver and he arrived 15 minutes before we arrived. He was very kind, courteous and punctual those three things are a rarity when dealing with Towing companies.
I will be recommending this company to everyone I know, absolutely the best of the best!! Juan was outstanding, he went above and beyond.
Juan was very professional, courteous and kept me informed before pickup to let me know ETA & after drop-off at dealer. He was very careful while loading car on his tow truck especially it was in the alley.
I wish this company was more respectful and reasonable with their interactions, especially towards a victim of a stolen vehicle who is strictly present to pick up his or her vehicle. Hopefully the owner or management can make a change moving forward. I'm a paying customer and also a business owner / operator myself - who is also an owner of countless multiple vehicles. I'm not taking the time and effort to come by because it's a pleasure of mine but it's something I have to get done.
I will start with the bad. There was a bit of confusion between the dispatcher and I, sadly I ended up waiting 2 hours and when I called back they said I had canceled but once we figured out why there was confusion they sent a driver over to me right away and he was there within 15 minutes. Mike was incredibly nice and took really good care of my car and I. I had to use them again today to get my car to the shop and I have nothing but good to say about today’s experience. The driver, Mason, got here within 30 minutes and was awesome and very helpful. 9/10 I would recommend LW Towing to anyone I talk to! Thank y’all so much for real!
I was towed from the Little Elm boat launch after being told by parking enforcement that I was fine to park in one of the trailer spots since the others were filled. An officer called in the tow. The Little Elm police officer canceled my ticket when the parking enforcement guy told him what happened. LW wouldn't do ANYTHING for me even though they KNEW it was a mistake. They did waive the 20+ storage fee (had my car less than 3 hours), not helpful. The parking guy have me $110 toward the $226 I had to pay to get my vehicle. MUST BE NICE TO HAVE A CONTRACT WITH THE POLICE, AND NOT CARE ABOUT INTEGRITY!!! I will be researching the company and seeing if there are family ties to local gov. If there is, I will be visiting city hall, and having a conversation about it. They suck!!!
This review is a bit late from my experience but I want you all to know what this company did to my car.
My car was towed Mid-January at my apartment complex because they thought I was related to someone who got arrested here that same night with the same last name as me. If anything that’s just discrimination on their end and just assuming that I am related to this person and ended up taking my car as well.
I end up picking up my car the next day from towing company and the owner was very apologetic and I fell right for his trap. I took my car to the dealership to do maintenance on it that same day to find out that both my back tires were shredded… definitely was from them towing my car and the towing company did not want to pay for my damages. I find this company to be unlawful and unreasonable for what they did to me.

Do not give your money to them, they are awful and just a complete waste of my time and my money for something I didn’t do.
My neice's vehicle was towed after an incident that required the police. The police put a 5 day hold on her vehicle. I called this morning and spoke to a lady that answered. She was polite. But stated that they do not have record of who came to her vehicle while it was impounded. But they are required by the state to keep record with signatures and badge numbers. We did not have an ugly experience with this company. But if I were a consumer thinking of using them, I would be weary of their lack of record keeping.
Seldom would I ever take the time to write about a tow company. Even less, write great things about a towing service. Let me just say, this was the most professional towing company I have ever dealt with in my life and while I know there are some unscrupulous characters out there who set the bar low, just wow. Frank and Andrew went out of their way for me with a my Kenworth Semi truck that was DEEPLY stuck in the mud, all of my own making. Frank arrived promptly, beating the time estimated by the dispatcher who was also very kind. Frank assessed the situation and began to work. Andrew arrived shortly behind to lend a hand. Between them both, they not only had me on my way but LW’s charged me a very reasonable rate for the service they provided.
Finally, while Frank and Andrew could have left since the job was done, they made sure I had fully backed out of the muddy road I was in and once they knew I touched pavement, they then set on their way. Bravo, gentlemen.
In a world where good service is a commodity of the past, this company and its fine employees have demonstrated that they are capable of showing us all what good looks like.
I got assistance from a gentleman named Frank, who was very helpful. When my tire lugs wouldn’t come off, he quickly yet carefully towed me to a nearby tire shop. He even gave me a ride! Prices are very fair, customer service was excellent from beginning to end. 10/10, I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Parked in the parking lot at work like I do every week day and this company left a sticker on my car marking it to be towed. There's no reason to tow it and the sticker is also awful. Thanks for making my day this much harder
Very professional towing shop. They assured me my damaged car would be safe while I figure out my car insurance process after my car crash. Employees are very personable. I highly recommend them!
Very friendly and super helpful! The injuries that I sustained in my accident made it so I required cooperation and assistance...and the gentleman that tended to me and my Mother was just that! He was empathic, cooperative, and assisted in lifting some items that we were retrieving from the wreckage. The Celina location is close to my home, is well kept, and seemingly organized and orderly. The existence made saying goodbye to my vehicle easier to accept.
Great and helpful staff. Made the whole unfortunate process easy. I did have to wait a little while to go get my stuff out of the car, but I think I just happened to come in after 3 others doing the same thing.
