I never leave bad reviews. I try to give everyone the benefit of the doubt. Unfortunately this experience was infuriating. We called at 12:47 explaining that the car was overheating and our home was 13 min away but we didn’t feel safe pushing its limits to make it home. We were told a driver was 10 min away. We waited and waited called and called, drug along 3 times being told the driver was almost there. It is now 2:35AM and the driver still didn’t show. Almost TWO HOURS in the middle of the night waiting for a driver that was supposed to be 10 min away. I felt lied to and extremely disrespected, I expressed needing to get home to my children and was assured they were very close. Clearly dispatch doesn’t know how far away their drivers really are.
I explained my battery was dead and that they would need a large truck to get it to jump and not a jump box. They sent a car with a jump box and it wouldn’t start and still charged me 120 dollars. Will never use them again.
Great service!!! Very timely, affordable, very nice customer service. Had to move my vehicle a few miles down the road and they had it done within an hour and a half of me calling.
Driver was very friendly and pretty quick to get to me. Office personnel was super friendly and very helpful during that stressful time. Would definitely recommend their towing service.
Maybe answer the phone when someone calls instead of hanging up on them. Called 3 times at 4am on June 3rd 2025 and was hung up on all 3 times. Great service!!!
Great experience and highly recommended! My wife’s car broke down and needed to be towed, and they made the experience as smooth and painless as possible. The driver was friendly and professional and showed up within the time estimate quoted. I hope I never need towing again, but if I do, they’ll be my first call.
Excellent experience with this company. Pricing was competitive, driver was careful with my baby, and paid attention to details. He asked me to make sure the T-tops were secure and one of them was loose and would have come off on the highway. He then recommended we put a strap around the top of the car to hold them down. Would definitely use them again!
They are the best towing service around in Frisco. They really helped me out when I got in an accident and they towed me to a shop at a reasonable price. All within 30 minutes!
