Do yourself for a favor and do not use this company!!! I read the good reviews and felt confident.But I knew that they're using someone else's transporter license number on their website. It is searchable , and you can find out that it is not their company. When I asked her if she had the license and insurance , she stated she did instead of just giving it to me first red flag , I guess I should have asked. Second was I never got a contract.I asked for A\nContract , which I should have gotten with the name of the company on it where the car would be picked up at dropped off at the pricing. Only thing she sent over was a form to take the deposit on my debit card which she did the minute we hung up the phone and I hadn't even given her the paper back yet. Because there is a service fee to use your card.And she told me it would only be 8 or $9, and it was $20.I called her back and wanted to use venmo , but it was too late. Okay, I'm gonna drop off the vehicle.I was running late to go pick up another rental car for my move and no contract. My car sat with them for a week.Which was okay while I drove out to California?But then, of course, on Monday, I had to reach out to see what was going on with the vehicle.The vehicle could have arrived that tuesday. And she told me it was after the holiday and now she would be able to find a driver by Friday again.I hadn't heard anything , so I had to reach out again. Now, the pick up location changed.And she wanted me to get an hour and a 1/2 away to pick it up.I have no vehicle, and I don't know anybody here.Pick up the vehicle.We agreed upon twenty minutes away. This went back-and-forth.She kept saying that I was in the town that I had agreed to pick it up at and I kept saying no , i'm farther away. Then to top it off.Finally, a driver calls me.\nAnd with a language barrier, we go back-and-forth on where I can pick up the car at.I didn't feel like this.Was my responsibility as of paying a broker to find me a transporter. Again, this went back-and-forth a few phone calls.I also stated them that I wanted to discount now that my uber was going to be one hundred dollars and not fifty dollars. I was told that I would pick it up that next day.I had to keep reminding them that I'm not 1 hour away.You have to call me before that.They just didn't seem to understand that. I WA'.\nIted all day until four o'clock and relayed to them that I cannot drive up there in the hills in the dark. We agreed upon picking it up at 8 AM.The next morning. The driver was very unfriendly , and he made me stand out in the forty degree cold until he could get his extra money from the broker and was concerned about the fifty dollar discount that she gave me. Now to top it off , I get in the car , and my a b s lights are on both of them!!!! My car was perfectly fine when I picked it up.The driver told me he did not care.It's not his problem.He's only liable for damage on the outside of the car because I was hearing a sound in the dashboard when I stepped on the break.I'd never heard, but if you broke my brakes that would be on the outside.There's also a sound in the rear of the car that was not there before. Stay away!
I recently got my car shipped from Colorado and this I the second time I’ve went through hll auto to get a car shipped and all I can say is they are the best, communication through the whole process which made me feel safe about my car and they have the best prices in town I highly recommend this if you want your car shipped on time and with no damages or hidden fees.
Fantastic experience, truck was picked up on the day scheduled and arrived at destination earlier than expected. Driver communicated well during the entire process. Will call them again if I need my truck transported in the future.
Amy was the best to communicate with. We had some set backs with the pick up from the dealership setting our pick up back. Amy did not hesitate to make adjustments for us and I’m so grateful for her flexibility. I would recommend her to anyone who needs transport assistance. I will definitely be using her again in the future!
Great customer service and prices for enclosed trailer transport that can’t be beat. Definitely would highly recommend HLL Express Auto Transport services. Emailed them inquiring about a quote and best availability for transporting a Nissan GTR from Dallas to California and Amy was super quick in getting back to me on a quote and timeframe.
After getting the quote I made a deposit and I wanted to get the car delivered asap and Amy was able to help accommodate by getting a transporter within just 2 days after the purchase of the car for me.
Once the car was received by the dispatch transporter I received an email with detailed pictures of the car at pickup and an estimated time of delivery. Upon accepting delivery of the car you get called or texted a day before and the day of with the arrival time. The driver accepts the final total payment.
As good as advertised! I had my car shipped from Frisco, TX to Nashville, TN in one day. Great communication, my car was delivered by a real semi-truck, and no hidden fees at the end! Thank you Amy!

HLL Express came through for me when I was in a situation where my non-operable car had to be moved off of the repair facility's lot asap and the previous tow company my insurance company hired failed to show up at the agreed upon time. Amy was the liaison between me and the tow driver. She helped me navigate the stressful process with professionalism, responsiveness, and kindness. The tow drivers operated with more casualness, but were still professional. The drop-off was delayed due to their drivers getting caught in traffic behind a big accident, but that was out of their control. They transported my car 200+ miles and delivered with care.
There were a few parts of the process that left me feeling uncertain. But if you do some research prior, trust the process and remain reasonably flexible, you'll be fine. Amy is there to lean on for help and give peace of mind. Also, be prepared to pay using Venmo or Zelle. Pricing was competitive. I paid $650, all-inclusive pricing, door-to-door, and insured, while other companies I contacted wanted to charge me almost twice as much for the same service.
Amy is truly an asset for this company. Would love to see a more formal payment process and invoicing system in the future, as I'm having difficulties working with my insurance company to get reimbursed. But Amy is running things as efficiently as possible and is there for her clients every step of the way despite how busy she is. Should I need another auto transport service in the future, I'll be reaching out to HLL Express again. The customer service really stands out in the auto transport industry, which is a very tough industry that needs improvement, as I experienced firsthand when I was shopping around

Amy at HLL auto was fantastic! Super sweet lady and communicated very well and answered all my questions. My vehicle was more of a last minute shipping decision and she made sure I felt comfortable in my decision! She helped me keep track of my vehicle along the way, they shipped it over 1000 miles and when it arrived she called soon after to make sure my car was fine and everything went smoothly! Would definitely recommend them 100% and I plan on using them again!

As many people know, the auto transport game is a really shady racket in many instances and you don’t know who you can trust. Well, look no further, because now you’ve found someone you can trust.
I found HLL via a Google search and they were awesome. I dealt with Amy and she was able to hook me up on a car transport on a Sunday of all days, when most other companies aren’t even open.
Car was picked up on that same Sunday (two days ago) in Fort Worth TX and was delivered safely in Las Vegas NV by Tuesday morning (today). Timing and circumstance matters, so I’m sure there was a bit of luck involved, but this was the craziest fast service I’ve ever received.
Amy’s communication was stellar throughout the entire process and the price of the move was definitely in line, especially given the speed and level of service received. The drivers that showed up with the trailer were super nice as well and they’re off to Cali next with two more drops.
I’d give 6/5 stars if I could here. So make sure you hit up Amy if you need a vehicle transported, she rocks and will take good care of you (and your ride).
