If i give them a zero star i would!! Buyer BEWARE!! I used these guys twice! First time was through my roadside assistance, did not have any issues or mention of flat tires. I call them to do another tow and all of a sudden i have 4 flat tires and they increase the amount they charged me!!!! Only to speak to the shop where they towed it to be told that the tires are not flat and that they were able to push it into the shop. THESE GUYS ARE DISHONEST THIEVES!

I had an experience with Texoma Wrecker that resulted in unexpected charges beyond what was anticipated. After a wreck, I was told state law required my van to be towed to the impound yard for 48 hours. However, my lawyer informed me this was incorrect; it could have been towed to my house just five blocks away. Instead, it was taken to their yard, kept until the next afternoon, and then towed to my house with additional charges. The situation involved misleading information and questionable ethics. The only issue preventing me from driving my van home was a flat tire. This experience lacked fair communication and honesty. It felt like they saw an expensive vehicle and took advantage of my situation. What happened to kindness?
My car was towed from my brother’s apartment complex without any apparent reason, and I was never notified — no phone call, no text message, no notice left on the vehicle or at the property. I had absolutely no idea where my car had been taken.
I spent hours calling around, checking with different towing companies, and even speaking to the police just to track it down. When I finally got in touch with someone over the phone, the woman who answered said she couldn’t find my car in the system. Only after going back and forth with her was she finally able to tell me that my car had been towed to Pro-Tow in Frisco.
To make matters worse, I had to drive an hour and a half to Frisco since I was out of the city. Once I arrived, I was told I would have to sit and wait in the parking lot for up to an hour for a tow truck to bring my car to the front — even though it was already at that location. I asked if I could leave and come back, and instead of working with me, Samantha, the woman I spoke with, responded with rude, robotic, and dismissive answers and showed no empathy or willingness to help.
After all of this, I still had to wait a full hour on-site just to get my car — despite the long drive and lack of prior communication.
This experience was stressful, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. The lack of basic communication, poor customer service, and overall treatment I received makes it clear that customer care is not a priority here. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
I’m extremely disappointed with how my cousin’s car situation was handled. The car was towed from Plano to Frisco without any valid reason, and we had to deal with poor communication and unprofessional behavior throughout the process.
To make things worse, we drove an hour and a half to the Frisco location because we were out of the city at the time. After making that long trip, I called for help and spoke with Samantha, who was rude, unprofessional, and robotic in her responses.
She told me I had to sit in the parking lot and wait for up to an hour for someone to arrive, with no option to leave and return. When I asked if there was any flexibility, she repeated the same scripted responses and showed zero empathy or willingness to assist.
After all that, we still had to wait a full hour on-site just to get access to the car. The whole experience was stressful, frustrating, and completely lacking in basic customer service. I would not recommend this business to anyone based on how poorly we were treated.
My car stalled on 635 and Pro-Tow was there much sooner than projected. Scott Hutchinson was friendly and very helpful...drove me from Irving to my mechanic in Richardson. Had a great rig as well...late model and very clean. It greatly improved the direction my Friday was headed. Would absolutely recommend these guys.
This review is for the Denton location. My son and his friend misread the details of our apartment's parking app, and the friend's car was towed. We made plans. to retrieve the car, and I took the boys. We were not upset or angry; they knew their mistake. We checked in and waited patiently while the dispatcher made several phone calls. It wasn't until I walked to the window that she acknowledged us again. I understand this can be a thankless job, and some people who go there are angry. But we were not; we came to pay and get the car. However, our attempts to be polite were met with sarcasm and impatience. I realize that their customers don't have any other choice, but customer service is a choice, and good customer service should be a goal of every business. My son and his friend learned two lessons that day: check the fine print on all apps AND how you treat people customers affects that person's mood, day, and perception of the business. None of us left there with a good perception of this business.

Joe was super nice and pleasant to work with. I had an issue where my car wouldn’t start and he spent the time to try and help me start it before towing. He even offered me a ride home in case the dealership didn’t give me a loaner. Overall a really good experience despite the bad circumstances
Haley T. with Pro Tow (Frisco/Little Elm location) is the most unprofessional person I’ve ever dealt with in my life. I have never had my car towed before, so understandably I had questions and was frustrated by the whole situation. She genuinely seems like the hates her job and dealing with people in general. She was hostile and rude from the moment I called about my vehicle. I told her I would be there in 30 mins to pick up my car, and when I arrived there wasn’t anyone on site. I called her back and she said it would be 30 mins before someone would be there. I asked if there isn’t any other driver nearby that could get here sooner since I was now standing in a 100 degree parking lot with nowhere to go since they had my car, and she thought I had “an attitude” and said “actually you know what, it’s gonna be an hour now.” UNBELIEVABLE. When I tried to ask why it was now an hour, she hung up on me. When I called back, she hung up again without saying anything and then proceeded to just not answer the phone at all. I was left there in the heat for over an hour without anyone answering my call or knowing if anyone was ever coming to help me. As a women, left alone in the middle of nowhere, that was a scary and extremely frustrating situation. I ended up calling the police, and even they tried to call on my behalf with no luck. The fact that she genuinely thinks it’s okay to extend peoples wait time, and ignore customers, and try and lord her little bit of power over a paying customer that is just frustrated and trying to get their car back, is actually insane. She should be reprimanded or fired for this, I have never experienced someone more unprofessional in my entire life.

Apparently I needed a permit for my apartment complex unbeknownst to me. My car was picked up and taken to Pro Tow in Frisco. Joe and Alyssa were incredible. They were super friendly and efficient. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Not only that, my car was still as clean. Thank you so much Joe and Alyssa for making a somewhat inconvenient situation that much more tolerable. Big Rig tows are always a headache for one reason or another, cost, location, timing, etc. My tow driver Josh Alamo was spot on in every aspect concerning the safety of me, my truck and my business. My car got towed. I had no idea I wasn’t allowed to park in a particular area, I found out the hard way. After totally freaking out thinking my car was stolen, I was able to contact the towing company even though it was after 10pm. Wade met me at the tow yard and I was able to pay for my car and get it back fairly quickly. I am giving them 5 stars based on the ease of the process and my car was in perfect condition.
Mike was on time and very professional and helpful. He helped me get my dead suv off of my graded driveway into alley and reliably towed it to the shop of my choice. He also showed me how to access neutral on my suv nxt time it dies :) i hv his # saved for if i need a tow service nxt time!
Honestly getting towed is the lamest thing to have to spend $300+ on, god I love my apartment complexes… but that’s not important. What’s important is Wade was awesome, and deserves these 5 stars. Me and my friends were cracking up and laughed about the situation and while in our efforts to ease our pain there was wade. Wade was easy going and made picking up our towed car easy. He was informative of the towing process and that it was another tow company that just dropped the car at this location and informed us about other things of the area. Take care wade, as much as I appreciate your service I hope I never have to get my car towed
