I had a wonderful experience with this towing company. I messed up three of my tires and couldn’t drive it back home from Plano. After I called AAA, I was assigned this towing company. The long wait time was expected since it was during evening rush hour but honestly didn’t take too long for him to get to me. The biggest compliment I can give is the communication! Hasan was the driver and he provided great communication throughout. He sent me pictures of my car before, during & after which I appreciated. His experience was great and very knowledgeable. He has a respectable personality & he’s very kind. He made the night go very well.

Another tow company had stated they weren’t able to tow my vehicle due to the battery not being properly placed, and wouldn’t be able to the car in neutral.. I then got in contact with ND Towing, and with no problem they were able to get my car safely onto their truck. I would recommend these guys one millions times.

Amazing and quick service. The tow truck driver AWS was super helpful when my EV completely died. He parked me near a EV charge station and asked if I was good which I said yes. After he left, I realized that I was unable to push the car in neutral by myself. I gave him a call right when he left and he came back to help me push the car to the proper spot so it can charge. A++!

Very professional and knowledgeable! After waiting 4 hours on another company to come and, lift my truck halfway then drop it cause it was “too big” (which they left it in the middle of the road instead of by the curb where it was before they lifted, and wouldn’t help move it over so had to push it myself to get it out of the way of traffic) ND towing got the call and was on site within 30 mins with a very nice and clean rig, got it loaded up and hauled to my mechanic no problem. Kept me updated on eta on the way to me, and when they dropped my truck off, the drop off included pictures of the entire truck from all sides to show it was dropped off in the correct location without any damage!
ND Towing was great! He showed up on time and took great care of our car which had to be towed to a repair shop to have tires replaced. We definitely recommend this service.
