At o’rileys I asked for help to put oil in my truck because I can’t reach the dipstick to check if I have enough, and the little girl behind the counter told me they couldn’t touch my truck if I have been driving it that day. I left and went to ABC auto and they were happy to help.

This place is horrible. I won't be back. The men here know nothing about customer service and that's pretty sad.

David and Dewayne are very knowledgeable and helpful and didn't get upset with me when I ordered the wrong coil packs for my car Dewayne went and looked at my car and got me the right parts and wasn't upset with needing to exchange the wrong parts for the right parts definitely my go to auto parts store from now on.

If you need it and they have you are blessed. The price is higher than other parts in town. However, the staff are kind and understanding.

Awful customer service. They made is clear that they did not want to turn a set of rotators and we're very rude when they were dropped off. After 4 hours my husband called to check on them and they still were complaining about not wanting to turn them/rust ect. After this we decided to take them to O'Reilly, which cost 5 more per rotators but at that point we did not care. They were very nice and got them done in a timely manner (less then an hour)! In all seriousness, go to O'Reilly if you want good customer service or need your rotators turned!!
